Was towards the end of peak lunch rush but still received soft fries and older chicken. Ordered a salad and wasn't given the requested dressing or any dressing. Disappointed considering their usual service.
Chicken sandwiches are no better than Wendy's very expensive and really not the big deal as everyone makes. I can go to Wendy's and get more on it and it will not be soggy.
Chicken completely raw. Got food poisoning immediately. Unacceptable. Definitely taking to corporate.
I hope this location improves. I am so loyal to Chickfila. I've been to dozens all over the US, and after a handful of visits to this one, I'm sad. Every time there is some kind of issue. Soggy fries, watery salad lettuce, missing items/utensils. The overall "vibe/energy" of the location is not what I'm used to. It's not as happy or customer-focused as normal (maybe a lot of new hires?) It's still better than most of the other fast food places, but it's not what I've grown to love and expect from my visits to CFA. It's a bit hard for me to feel that I'm losing some confidence in a place that I have always loved and been able to rely on.
Great service. Friendly staff. Nice gentleman asked me what my plans for the weekend, which i thought was nice of him. Food is always great.
Love the food and have never had an issue until my last order. Missing items/ condiments and given the wrong items. Seems like there was no quality check prior to final service. I didn't check myself bc I trusted them from past experiences and I was in a hurry.
This used to be a great location. However, almost every order lately has been messed up. We continually get wrong items. Every time we order a grilled chicken club, we get something else in it's place, and it is typically a smaller item like nuggets or waffle fries. And if you ask for mayonaise, they will give you 1 or 2 packets that is supposed to be for 5-6 sandwiches.
Always busy but always quick. So many fast food places are refusing to pay for good work but ChickFilA seems to be and their service shows it. Food excellent as well.
Still lack luster food. Everyone tells me the place is great, yeah sure they have great customer service but that doesn't make up for the mediocre food. I rather go anywhere else for an over priced chicken sandwich.
Super fast drive thru. Been out into the Lowe's parking lot and got my food in 12 minutes from when I got in line to when I got my food. Never have gotten a bad sandwich from this location.
