Had a great time at this Bdubs for three days in a row. It was a chill place with spot on good you expect from the franchise. I docked 'em a star because ownership and management should reconsider offering a happy hour. It was dead inside most days and that might go a long way in increasing your business. The servers were friendly and made great drinks.
Upon ordering we all recieved our beverages, however an alcoholic beverage was not as pictured or as stated alcohol. Easy fix however attention to detail would have negated incident. Then waited nearly entire meal for fries requested.
Great service, fantastic wings....not happy with the bogo 50%. Every since Arbys bought them...Corporate pirates wants your dimes..or dollars! Otherwise, been a great stop. Use to come every day, now once every month or so. Sad, it was a great place years ago. Way too damned expensive.
7/17, ~4:00p The manager was an awful person to the staff, but the waiter we had was fantastic. They were short staffed and had some call-ins. Sad to see the manager take it out on the staff that did show up to work. We made sure to tip well and thank him for the great service despite the apparent working conditions.Will see if we still have the receipt, and update with our waiter's name if we have it.
This place has gotten worse over time. It is very poorly run. They take 30mins to seat you, hosts barely pay you any attention, get your orders wrong that you can't send back because the kitchen would take an hour to send the right food back because they are severely understaffed. We experienced the pinnacle of poor service the last time we dined in. The waitress serving our table took 30mins to get our drinks and only did so after being hailed and reminded.. also, she knew the people sitting at the next table and sat down to chat and post pics on IG whilefailing to refill drinks/water at our table. Pickup is not as bad but dine in if you have a lot of time to kill and love bad service..
The restaurant was not very busy but it took awhile for our food to arrive. By the time my wings arrived I had almost finished my beer. My husband's hamburger arrived cold. As always, the restaurant was noisy and it was difficult to talk, but we expected that. I wish the food had arrived in a timely manner and warm. I really love their wings.
Had a wonderful experience with my waitress but 1 problem. THE. BATHROOM. STINKS. Worst smell ever. Please fix it. Get some air freshener or something. I ‘bout passed out. I’m in tears writing this. Very traumatic. I rate bathroom experience 1/10
Very poor management, but really cool people work here. Also this place in my opinion, is VERY unsanitary. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know, unless they want to possibly end up sick. Or if they are looking to find a job where unprofessional managers and the owner change schedules before consulting with their employees.
2 people sharing a meal. We had to ask for plates, silver ware witch ended up being plastic ware. When we were done we asked for lids for sauces with a box. Then she never brought a box for our food. So we had to ask for that also. Just seems like lack of common sense in the air.
One hour waiting 30 wings and I received an expired Doritos. Very slow service. People smoking e cigarette inside the place near kids and nobody cares.
