The food was good, nice, friendly staff. She came and apologized for rude customers, which she had no control of.

Had the Reuben, was very good. Olivia, I believe her name was, took our order, was the manager on duty, and came to check on us in the dining room. The only question we had was; why did they ask if our order was to go or for here if they put it in a bag anyway? Lol was clean
This was the absolute best Arby's I've been to in a long time. All employees were very friendly, during the time we ate inside, 3 different employees were in the dining room asking everybody there how was there food and if they needed anything.i generally order fries without salt because many places over salt them but hubby ordered while I used the restroom so forgot... they were very lightly salted and excellent! The restroom was very clean as well. KUDO'S to this Columbus Indiana location (Johnson Street??)
Stopped for lunch during a trip to Kentucky. Clean. Food was good.
I had to try the 2 fish sandwiches for $6. It’s my favorite time of year. Spring means lent which means all the restaurants start offering their fish sandwiches. Arby’s fish sandwich may be just a touch more $, but it’s worth every cent. Service was accurate and quick.
Columbus Indiana Arby's is absolutely awful. Never seen worse management. Get new people. Don't waste your time
Arbys is always consistent good fresh food every time. You can't count on that at all fast food places.
