The interior of the restaurant is a little run down and the floors where very dirty. Needed a good mopping.

Don’t ever order here. Please I’m begging you. The staff is pathetic. Can’t get any orders right ever. 100% of the time we order from door dash or drive thru. They always forget something. Sometimes giving me sandwiches without even meat on them. Went inside one time and oh my god the amount of goofing off is pathetic, the one guy that looks like a manager just flirts with the young white girls. How unprofessional. I hate when Indianapolis residents come to work in Carmel, no work ethic and terrible customer services skills.
Terrible customer service. Lots of kids working here. I imagine the manager is a young guy hiring buddies and young girls. But has no idea what he’s doing when running a restaurant.
There is not much new that I can say about White Castle. I always love my #1 Combo with cheese!
No restaurant has a slider compared to White Castle. Its something everybody should try once in their life.
UNPROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. Reggie argued with me about incorrect order. Had to ask for napkins, seemed totally put out. When I asked for mustard there was none at the window had to wait for it to be found. There’s so much more but I’m too tired to finish this review. Doesn’t even matter at this point how good or bad food was. So disgusted by the lack of customer service every where these days. Never ever going back to this WC again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wish I could give this place zero stars and it needs zero stars. Food is ice cold when served and the staff is completely unprofessional. If you like ice cold food then go for this place but I would travel to another white castle or eat at another restaurant for hot food. I will not be back at this place.
