Normally, I love their sandwiches. Today, I was eating my sandwich and found mold on the bread!
Wasn't very please. Ordered a Ruben and they didn't tell me until after i paid that they were out of the cheese for it. They asked if i wanted to substitute a different kind i said yes, however when i got my sandwich there was none. Paid over $14 for a regular sandwich and regular ( small) fry. Never did get my drink. They were out of cups? I don't think i will ever be returning. Sad lunch
I came in needing 10 sandwiches and they didn’t bat an eye. They were more than willing to help (even though I’m sure they’re short staffed like everywhere else), they rocked it! I was very thankful for accommodating my large order and great service!
Place was clean and staff was friendly. Got a large Sammie. When I opened it up there was like 4 inches of plain bread. No cheese, meat, onions just bread. I think the large is 10.5 inches....That Sammie is too expensive for a 6.5.
Sandwich barely had any meat, took cilantro straight out of Meijer bag to put on the sandwich, didn’t bother with washing it. I would go to Subway, Jimmy John’s or Penn Station.
Good sandwich options. There is even a vegan option (black bean sandwich). The ordering process is smooth and a little different. You have to pick the sandwich bag and circle the options that you need on the sandwich and give it at the counter. It's much quicker as people who take time to decide can take all the time they need instead of holding up the line at the cashier. The fries were good. It is slightly on the expensive side though. I wish they had shade umbrellas for their outdoor seating. It gets too hot and sunny, so I couldn't use the outdoor seating.
I and a coworker have been weekly customers of this Which Wich for the past year and a half, even though the pandemic when it was open. We have never been disappointed! The manager a d the staff always treat is great and interact with us as we come in.
I always enjoy a sandwich from here. They are pretty fast and friendly. I'm not a huge fan of the redo of the menu, but it's not affected the food quality.
I'm just gonna give the lone employee who was working in the store the benefit of the doubt and assume he was having a bad day.However, I did not appreciate the way he acted towards me and my mother. He was pretty rude, he was throwing down some objects, he slammed stuff around, and generally acted like he didn't want to be there or serve us our food.He put my stuff on the counter pretty rudely and barely called out my name. When I asked him at full volume twice if my order was done he just looked down and acted like he didn't hear me.I have not tried the food yet so this rating is solely for my in-restauarant experience
This is the first location out of many that I have been to that was lacking on quality. My husband and I both got similar sandwiches. Mine was perfect, but my husband's was 95% lettuce. I recommend this place to him because he's never tried it before, and it failed.
