DO NOT UTILIZE this WENDY’s. Workers there steal credit card info and payments from customers. This Wendy’s have horrible service worker spit in my face. I contacted Wendy’s corporate office made a report over a month ago. Advised that management from this location and no one has contacted me at all. If you’re using a card don’t go to this place you will be ripped off.
Worst wendy's I've eaten in. The guy gave me a burger that the meat looked like it was cooked early that morning but I received it at 6 in the evening. Cold fries, the bacon looked like it was bacon bits, and the drink was flat. I didn't check my food until I got home looked at it and threw it away. Always check your food.
Closed most of the time and today “because of the heat advisory,” they are advising the customers to GET OUT of their cooled car…to come IN to the restaurant that hasn’t been opened on the inside for months to order. How wonderful. Why would you want to inconvenience the customer even more to have them get out of their vehicle in scorching temperatures? Doesn’t do any difference for the employees either. They’re just taking orders inside an air conditioned building. How stupid!
I absolutely adore Wendy's. But this location is very strange. The workers are in their underwear to start. So when you get there it is a bit of a shock to see.We ordered food and an ice coffee. It was just ice and coffee - literally an "ice coffee" and when we requested creamer we were given external creamer to pour in ourselves. Not the normal ice coffee I would expect.The customer service was fine otherwise, but loud and boisterous. It feels like we are at a flea market and watching two men in underwear rather than W carmel that's all.
I wanna start off by saying I love wendys and have always had good experiences with them, not at this location. The staff were God awful to my mother, they treated her like she was less of a human being for ordering food. They left us at the window for 6 minutes unattended then when my mom forgot to get a small fry for my baby sister the man gave her the dirtiest look for it then refused to give her a receipt. He gave us the drink and not only was it the wrong size, it had a baby spider on the side of the cup. He then pulled us forward and we proceeded to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring our food out to us only to have half the order missing. When we told someone about it they proceeded to take another 5 min to bring us our fries. Worst service I have ever seen. UPDATE: I just tried to call to get ahold of the GM and they hung up on me.
Worst Wendy's in central Indiana. I've gone there 3 times now and have been told "sorry we can not serve you at this time". When there's6 people working behind the counter. Are they just getting paid for nothing?? Please close this location and stop wasting people's time.
I had the worst customer service experience at this location yesterday. They had a piece of paper taped on their drive through machine to just pull up to the second window. After waiting my turn in line I pulled up to the second window with my car window rolled down and the man at the window looked at me then just moved away from window. I understand that people are short-staffed these days so I figured that he was busy doing something so I patiently waited and a few seconds later he peaked his head back through the window and just stared at me. After just looking at me for a few seconds he motioned his head as if to say "what do you want." Not a single word came out of his mouth but I understood and gave him my order. It was the most impolite customer service experience I've had. I don't need to have a warm greeting at the Wendy's drive through but to blankly stare at my face and expect me to understand what you want me to do is unrealistic. Then to make an annoyed motion after I don't present my order is just rude. As was expected, I didn't receive a thank you at the end of the transaction either. And to top it all off, I wasn't given a straw for my drink. Not the easiest thing to drink a soda while driving without a straw. I will not be back.
This place is consistently horrible. Traders point is a tad less worse. I have to go out of my way to the Wendy's in college park, and they're barley pushing 3 stars. Nobody cares anymore about their jobs until you get to you get to these smaller towns. Whitestown is a good location but ain't driving there for some nuggets and fries for my kid.

I really wish I could do this without giving one star absolute worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They must hire prisoners to operate it extremely rude very racist I’m not 100% sure but I think they’re wearing gang colored outfits and clothing what a shame this area used to be really nice
