It was great until something happened with the sound on Rod's encore. We were jipped out of a encore
Drive thru only, understaffed but the workers were friendly. They were all sold out of any frostys unfortunately
Staff was rude, became upset that I asked for something on the menu they ran out of, didn’t let me finish my order, cut me off saying: “Pull round”. My order came out wrong too, Missing all the nuggets, mayo when asked for no mayo, my friend who ordered no tomato, got tomato, etc. They weren’t even busy when we ordered. We were the only ones there. I used to love going here, before the renovation even. To those of you working the drive thru- Maybe it’s not an ideal job, I don’t know your life situation, but put an ounce of effort in.
Shameful Wendy's. Quit blaming things on Covid. Others around you are doing just fine. Not enough people in the kitchen. Cold nuggets and fries. A dreadful long wait and the menu was showing breakfast food a 8pm. Go to California Burger. Local, well staffed and fresh.
In all of my 4 and half decades alive, I have never been to a worse Wendy's than this. Only one in the drive thru, took 10 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries. Everything was ice cold. Tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Don't waste your money here
This Wendy's is the slowest of the slow makes molasses in January look quick. Most people only get 30 minutes for lunch but this Wendy's can easily set you back longer than 30 minutes in line at lunch time. I ordered carryout on the app so that I wouldn't have to wait in the ridiculously long drive-thru line but when I arrived the door is locked all the doors are locked and I have to go through the drive-thru to get my carry out. Such a waste of time. Most of the time I don't go to this Wendy's because of this issue but I thought carryout would be a way around waiting forever for food. I was wrong there's nothing that keeps this restaurant from being terrible. If I had not already purchased the food online I would have left and gone to any competitor.
Ordered online and went to pick it up in drive through. Said they didn't have my order. Manager seemed to be mad at me for whatever reason. I said whatever, I'll just take a refund. Nope, can't do that, have to do it on the app.The app did not have a refund button. Had to contact corporate. Just hope I get my money back.
Terrible experience! We ordered two burgers, nuggets, fries, and drinks. The nuggets were ok, the fries are better than the soggy ones they used to have, but our burger buns were Rick hard. My husband called to let them know and they told us to bring them back to replace them. We went back and they gave us new nuggets, which were fine, replaced the buns with equally hard buns, and gave us old nasty fries. I've worked for Wendy's and know how digesting it is so it's not my go-to anyway, but my husband has always loved it, we will not be returning. Must be why this location is going out and never open.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. Drive thru lady was great, took a little long due to short staffing, but that’s fine. I’m in no hurry. After I get home I open the bag and the sandwich is wrapped in the signature chicken sandwich wrapper. Good start. I open it up. Right type of bread, lettuce, covered in mayo with a tomato. Great! All supposed to come with the sandwich. However, one crucial ingredient was missing. The freaking chicken. In its place was a cheese burger. This Wendy’s has disappointed me for the last time. Will never go back. I advise you stay away as well.
Went through the drive-thru at this location. Hands down best drive-thru experience this year. Friendly staff let us take our time as we almost never get breakfast here. Didn't get that annoyed vibe you get from most drive-thrus. You know what I'm talking about. Food was great, first time trying the honey biscuits, they are the bomb BTW. The honey biscuit chicken sandwich was really good!
