I just had a Vitality Wrap here for dinner and as I was eating it I felt the most strongly compelled I have ever felt to write a review immediately. This place is off-the-charts amazing. The combinations of ingredients they chose for the Vitality Wrap is a match made in heaven. I literally can't believe they chose such a wonderful combination. I love how the ingredients are so fresh tasting. The wraps take about 10 minutes to make but that's because I am sure they are literally putting together and cooking everything fresh, the wait time is so worth it. I want to eat here every day, the food is so good. I love having a healthful, veggie-filled lunch or dinner option. Thank you Vitality Bowls!
Really disappointed with this place. It’s basically a bunch of children working here who have no time management or work ethic. The place was slammed and they were very behind, they were giggling and laughing the whole time, one girl dropped a bowl or smoothie and yelled “fuck” in front of everyone and children. Really immature and the matcha madness tasted horrible.
Very friendly staff, but I ordered a 14 dollar salad and got a two dollar salad with no flavor.
Found a long brown hair in my food. When I called, they never said sorry. Only wanted to know what I wanted them to do. When I said that I didn’t want a refund or replacement, they said thank you and hung up. Great customer service!
I have been to vitality bowl at least 100 times over the past 5 years. I prefer a keto diet. My favorite healthy treat on my once weekly carb replenishment “refeeding day,” is the Warrior bowl. Healthy, organic, gluten and dairy free treats are hard to find. I have always experienced exceptional service from their professional and polite staff, no significant wait and the bowls are consistently presented with a precise arrangement of all ingredients.

Just the worst. No peanut butter in the nutty again bowl and they made two of them that way. Menu is out of date. A customer before us ordered two items and both were no longer available. This isn't the first time there's been issues like this here. For such a good spot and $11 for a medium, please leave and let someone else do better.
Came in on 9/17/21 at 12:23p.m. and it looked as if the place was closed. There were other customers waiting for staff to take their orders for 20 minutes, but nobody was there. Not sure what is going on. Called, only to get a rude answer by a staff member that the place is closed. On a Friday, at noon. I am not sure if I will return to this location.
I've hesitated to try this place due to the prices for quite some time. But after finally biting the bullet, I have to say it was worth it, worth it, WORTH IT! Not only does the food here taste SO good, I was left feeling full for hours after eating it. I tried the Nutty Bowl and it'll probably take me some time to try other bowls because I'll want to keep ordering it over and over again. It was delicious and I feel great that it was also good for me--a great value! I'll be back and will definitely be recommending others!
