Omg service was soooo horrible gave me rotten lettuce all at the bottom of my bowl gave.Gave me my food out the window no lids took more money than supposed to gave me all my dressings without the lids almost spilled all in my jeep smhh.I will never ever go here again avom was the first exp it was a great exp thats y i acmae to carmel one and now my stomache is turned and i dont wannt a salad??????????
I went there to order two smoothies of the same kind and two salads of the same kind. It took the girl 10 minutes to ring me up because when she didn’t know how to do something, she just stood and stared at the screen and didn’t ask for help. Then she had the wrong dressing for the salads when it was done. Then you watched the guy make our drinks and he drank his own smoothie with one hand and made our smoothies with the other. I know that is a health dept. violation. Then he forgot to double the ice so had to remake it and by the time I left there it was 25 minutes for my things with Boone else in the line.
Great food at a decent price. We had a large order and nothing was messed up in anyway and everything was clearly labeled. Great quick breakfast stop.
I grab a smoothie/lunch 3 times a week at varying locations in north/west Indy. I ordered, paid, gave the auto tip, my drink tasted bland, like it was missing something or possibly multiple items, it was also 2 inches shy of the lid (never happens). I told the guy that blended it, that it tasted bland, and he went about making other drinks, said he didn’t miss any ingredients, and never offered anything. In the trash, and out the door. I won’t be back to this location. One employee put ingredients in, another mixed it up, and he didn’t know what was in it or not in it.
Love the smoothies. I had the Detox Island Green. So good. A little bit on the pricey side, but still awesome. Extremely friendly and great customer service.
The Supergreen Caesar Wrap was everything I didn’t even imagine! The smoothies have many options for add on and supplements which is great for my current diet. Definitely my new go to!!!
It was ok, and service was fast. The only issue was that the smoothies were kind of bland. I got the Bahama mama and could only taste strawberry.
Fantastic smoothies, but all the rest of their food is just sorta cheap and low-quality.
Tropical Smootie Cafe fills your cup with ice. My $7.00 smoothie was a cup of ice. It was horrible!!! Customer service good. 1 star
I understand the guys in the store are busy with some mobile orders, but where is the basic customer service? Christian was the first to make eye contact with us when we walked in. Not even a hello or good morning. When we made it to the register, he and another guy on the cooked side with longer curly hair just kept working again without any recognition. After another, awarkard 5 minutes of just looks, he finally decided to take our order. He was so annoyed that we were even there. We were the ONLY ones there. He treated a mobile order pick up with the same rudeness and lack of service. When we got our order, he just said, "Here." Less then 15 words out of him and 0 % of customer service
