A clean place with good ice cream. Got a Strawberry Cheesecake. You can see them make it and the nitrogen looks cool as it falls over the counter!
I would have to give it 1 star because after 30 min. wait and we didn't far before they shouted that their credit card machine wasn't working buy also they didn't say that they could accept cash. We ended up at Rita's across the street.
Fun great customer service! I’m vegan and I haven’t had such great ice cream in so long. I’ve visited other subzero’s before but this is usually my go to! Perfect consistency. So many dietary choices! One of the team members, Marina was amazing!
Nitrogen ice cream! What is that you ask?! It’s ice cream that starts off as milk and flavor and they freeze it right in front of your eyeballs! It’s science! It’s entertaining! The kids love watching their ice cream creation transform from liquid to solid! We found this place last year and it has become our spring break tradition! The more frozen they can get it ~ the yummier it is! My boys and I suggest this place highly! We came 3 days in a row while we were in town for vacation! I wish someone would put a Sub Zero in Louisville, KY! Thanks Sub Zero for a yummy good time!
First time in Indianapolis, wanted to try some vegan ice cream. Thought this place seemed cool. I picked wrong!! It was ALL kids inside. All of the staff, all of the customers - kids. It was like being in a high school cafeteria. The teenaged customers got loud/rowdy, and were not asked to quiet down. The staff did not understand the vegan bases and toppings and also did not care. They stated the almond milk and soy bases were the same thing, but I"d read online AND on the menu right in front of them that the almond and soy bases were clearly two different things. Our ice cream was good, but very expensive, and we did not get the bases we ordered. I would never recommend this business and I would also never return to this location staffed by careless unprofessional children.
The ice cream was not good at all, didn’t taste like coffee one bit and it was chunky. I also had a fly in it which is absolutely atrocious. ?
Very fun to watch them make the ice cream right in front of you, very original concept. Ice cream tasted pretty good but the mint flavor that I ordered was a bit strong. Interior and staff were really friendly and clean.
The owner John was very helpful, I had a big order and he took his time, and made sure my order was absolutely perfect. I had went to other locations, and they always messed up my order, but I absolutely love this location . Not only do they give great customer, their ice cream is delicious! One of their team members Harrison was also great !
Stopped in to try it out and thanks to John's patience we were able to take our time, make our choices, and then enjoy our treats. I strongly recommend the custard but they do have other options for different dietary restrictions.There are plenty of combinations of ingredients that you could mix in to get your taste just the way you like it. I will also point out that, the process of creating this wonderful treat is a skill set. I was thoroughly impressed with the way in which this is created and how wonderful it tastes.
