The line moves more quickly than other Starbucks in the area and the staff is always very kind and you can tell working very hard.
I love ordering Starbucks from here, however this time the app said they were open for mobile order, and so I ordered, we’ll they were not open for mobile order but the lady inside not sure if she was a manager or what but she had red hair, was extremely rude, didn’t even ask me if I wanted to just order it there instead of going all the way up to 161st when my daughter is getting surgery at Riley right there, extremely rude should not be in customer service at all, I get you are busy but no, no need to be that rude
Drive-thru line is never short, but they are really quick and always super friendly.
It is a really pretty store, but I was not very impressed by the customer service. Also, their cafe is closing early currently.
Always great service with a smile. For as busy as this location is, this Starbucks is as efficient as can be and all their employees work as fast as they can!

I have always ordered on the app at this Starbucks and never had any problems. Today there was a glitch where my card was charged but the order wouldn’t show up on Starbucks end (not their fault). I had the receipt, on the app, where i was charged for a “Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew” showing $4.85 after tax. However, the manager said my receipt wasn’t valid but couldn’t show me where on the app would have the receipt they needed and that the drink was supposed to cost $5.95? I offered to pay the difference but the manager insisted they would “let me off this one time”. Once the app worked, after leaving, i double checked and the drink (venti sized) still showed $4.85 after tax. Thankfully i wasn’t double charged but i felt how i was treated at check out was unfair.
