For some reason they are unable to properly make a smoothie. Only 1 out of 3 taste as it should. They seem to consistently struggle with portions. It happens so often that it must be they are improperly and intentionally trained to short change the customer. For example, when adding an extra like peanut butter or chocolate, they add the portion attributed to a 20oz, regardless if you ordered a 32oz or 40oz. I purposely drive the extra 5 miles to the Rangeline location even when I’m right there. I wish they cared enough to improve and fix this. It was happening well before the pandemic, so there is no Covid excuse.
Smoothie King, you know I love you, but for some reason this location at 146th Street doesn't seem to do your recipes justice. Something I'd gotten a while back I thought may have just been an one off so I let it go. Today I tried your Pumpkin Keto Champion for the first time and it was terrible. This tastes like watered-down pumpkin water mixed with powder that wasn't even properly blended. I could've made this at home. I'm so disappointed. Never again.

I gone to this location only a handful of times, as well as the Westfield in the past year. Out of the couple of times I've gone, ONLY this location has ever screwed up my order for certain. I have a severe dairy sensitivity and I will get sick pretty quick after consuming dairy. I specifically asked for the dairy free/vegan option to ensure I don't risk it. But TWICE I have gotten sick shortly after getting a smoothie from ONLY this location, Westfield has NEVER messed up my order out of the 5-7 times I've been there. I will never come to this location since the employees here obviously don't know the difference between dairy free milk and regular milk.ATTENTION TO VEGANS, don't trust them either. Due to this screw up, they most likely make mistakes while making all smoothies and putting regular milk into all smoothies most likely.
This is my favorite place to get a drink. Some people need a daily Starbucks or dunkin to get through the day. I say nay I need a refreshing fruit smoothie! The employees are wonderful and so helpful. Very fast as well
This smoothie King employee's had on mask which made my experience excellent. As well both employee's had on hats. I felt that i would not catch covid. I left the Smoothie on E. 96th after paying for my smoothie and tossing in the trash because both employee's had mask below bottom lip and one was tossing his dirty looking braids around which made me ask why didn't he have a ponytail holder on.
Delicious healthy/low carb smoothies and snacks! I love $5 Friday Smoothies! The Island Mango is my favorite!!
