Jenny accommodated a last-min birthday cake request that was dairy and gluten free. We took the owner’s recommendation for a simple angel food cake with fruit and it was absolutely beautiful AND delicious! I did have to wait awhile for the cake to be finished upon pick up, but I didn’t mind and was grateful she could fit me in.
I was really sad to find this bakery closed when it said it was open online. I was really looking forward to trying the gluten free pastries. I'll be sure to call before coming next time

Simple Taste is one of the best gluten free bakeries I have ever been to. Not only is the owner friendly and helpful, but her food is absolutely excellent! I get very sick when I eat gluten, and finding this bakery has enabled me to eat things I have not been able to eat in a very, long time: Muffins, pizza, ravioli, empanadas, cinnamon rolls, French rolls, cookies, cakes, pies and more!! The owner has even delivered my goods during the Coronivirus!Thank you so much for your wonderful food and excellent service. I’m so very glad I found you!
This owner clearly doesn’t care about customers. Blaming others for her own bad timing and mistakes.
Disrespectful, awful business woman. Charged my card a delivery fee that was never discussed or authorized. Cake never received. Currently disputing all charges and contacting the authorities to pursue credit card fraud charges. Posted a facebook review and she blocked me from commenting or posting before deleting her page altogether.
I normally do not write reviews but I am taking the time in this situation. I have placed several orders in advance and each time there is an issue. Either it was fulfilled incorrectly and/or I have to wait for it to be prepared. Last month she stated she would be mailing items to me and I have still not received them. Each time I've called she stated she would be sending the shipment. Poor service!
I have allergies and she is automatically gluten, dairy, corn, and yeast free but can do vegan, sugar, nut, and almost anything else free! Super nice and 100% recommend! It’s the best vegan place I have ever been to. I had a lemon blueberry muffin and it was delicious!
