Terrible all the way around.Booth was dirty (as was the whole restaurant). It was sticky and dirt and crayons everywhere. food was wrong and took a very long time. Waited longer for the correction than the meal itself. Ordered burger well done and it was barely a medium. You can tell the beer cheese was microwaved because the middle was still solid and the whole thing was colder than my wife’s salad. Service was also slow. Waited for fries so long everyone else had finished eating. We will not be returning and it was definitely not worth what we paid. Go to mcdonalds if you want a better quality burger. They weren’t busy but honestly there wasn’t a reason there should have this many problems.
Every time I frequent this restaurant, my food is made wrong. And tonight was the icing on the cake of bad experiences. My server was super unpersonable, she seemed to not care at all about my order as I gave it to her, and it showed in the food I received. I never received my appetizer I ordered, and another server said he would put it in, still never got it. My burger was incorrect, and I received the wrong side. I waited for what seemed like ages for a refill on water and fries. Again, was asked by 2 servers about refills. Quite frankly I’m disappointed in myself for even leaving a tip. Will not be back to this Red Robin, and I don’t recommend anyone come either. Only giving 2 start because the hostess was as nice as pie and very easy to talk to!
Sadly since the pandemic there always seems to be an hour wait for a table so we haven’t been able to eat here is awhile. I miss their zucchini fries but they need to be eaten fresh. They do not travel well.
Got our order wrong twice. Checkout device at the table broke. Short staffed. We were in a hurry and it took longer than we hoped to get seated, get food, and pay. Hostess and waitress were nice. Bathrooms were clean. Parking was easy. Food was ok.
This is the worst experience I've had a restraunt in years. Our waitress came by and got our drinks quickly and order but then we never saw her again for 25 minutes until she brought our food. The other waiter dropped everything off. He was an awesome waiter stopping by to help us even though we weren't his table. I asked if we could change waiters and we couldn't he never came back after that.Then the waitress hurt herself and the manager brought our refills. After that it took 45 minutes to get our bills separated to pay because we couldn't use the machine to pay. She brought them incorrectly twice. She gave us 25% off but Finally I just paid for the incorrect bill and my friend venmo me for her items on my bill. She never came back with my change after 15 minutes which was 4 so I just walked out without leaving a tip apart from that because an hour after eating just to pay a bill is insane.We understand the entire world is understaffed but if a waiter who had twice the amount of tables as our waitress could stop by to help then surely she was more than capable of handling 4 tables.We will never eat at this red robin again.
Really sorry bathrooms. Crud all around the faucets. No toilet paper, no paper towels left in the bathroom dispenser. My son got sick that night at we ate lunch there. Hard to think it wasn’t from this place. Waiter had a “certain order” he had to take our food order with, that didn’t work. I would’ve given 1 star but they seated our large group quickly. Had I known how gross it was, I wouldn’t have stayed. Yuck
I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and the chicken taste rubbery but overall not terrible. I was able to eat half of it wrap and didn’t save the other half. I also ordered mozzarella sticks but found no cheese in them (see picture). The garlic fries were decent but also didn’t eat all of them. Overall the meal was not good.
We were hoping for a great family night out. First only 2 of 3 drinks were brought out because the server didn’t remember. Then the appetizer came with 2 plates for a table of three. Food arrived with 2 of 3 orders because the other order was given to the wrong table. We then noticed one of the orders that did arrive was wrong. The rest of the family was finished eating and the wrong order had not been remade yet. We told the server to cancel it. We went to pay and one order was put on the bill twice. It took another 20 minutes to have the bill fixed. After an hour and a half only 2 people were able to eat. We will never be returning.
This location closes at 9pm on Friday nights although their Google listing and front door say they’ll be open until 10:00. Don’t arrive after 9 on a Friday. Texas Roadhouse was open with great service and food!
Very poor service. Food was cold when it did arrive. Recieved appititzer before drinks. A table of 15 were seated after us and received their food before us. Dinner was comped by the manager. Did leave a tip for the manager.
