recently the service and food has been terrible. The food use to be very food but the last couple of times we have gone there the food has been bland and lack of flavor, also how much we pay for a burrito we should get more then a shot glass size of meat and the chips are never fresh. If everything is free (side wise) its a joke, everything else went up in price. We always get the same thing so after they changed the prices we end up paying 5 bucks more instead of paying a $1.25 or whatever the price was for guacamole. Qudoba is just ripping people off and making you think you are getting a deal. don't think we will be going back anytime soon.
My husband and I used to love going here, usually on a weekly basis. But the last six months when we want to eat dinner there, it’s been closed at 5 PM. We don’t eat at 5 PM, so we never get to eat there anymore. Seems to me that the location is hidden in Clay Terrace and needs to be moved somewhere else within Carmel/Westfield area. That may be the reason the staffing issues continue to be so bad. Would love to eat there again. Maybe you should keep consider closing between the hours of 2 and 5 PM and opening up again for dinner, for those of us that don’t eat early bird specials.
Food is ok if it is ever open. We have attempted to eat at this location 3 different times when it has been closed during the day.
Every evening we have been in it has been the same three staff members only working. Two ladies and a taller man bust their butts to keep up with everything they have on their plates, they DESERVE this 5 star and Only them. I am shocked they have been as pleasant and quick for us ever time even though the doordash and uber eats is spitting out 5 tickets every minuet. I do also want to say I am appalled to not see a district manager in there helping when you have your people on the front line every night and expect them to keep up with the ridiculousness of multiple online platforms. Poor job corporate of supporting and taking care of your frontline workers. Do better for your staff.
They were busy and limited staff, but food was good and hot. Much appreciated!

One of the better QDobas I've been to. Still not my favorite when compared to Chipotle, but it's good.
