I went to go pick up my order at the time they said it would be ready. When I arrived, they informed me they were busy and it would just be 15 more minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting, I went to check on my order and they told me it would be over an hour before my food was ready! If they had been upfront at the beginning, I wouldn't have waited. As a door dasher, I know they are always AT LEAST a half hour behind schedule. Not worth it. The one on the north side of town never has these problems.
The rosemary cream chicken was perfect. You can taste the rosemary without being overpowering. Great Quattro Formaggio with meat sauce. Hit the spot deliciously and price was very reasonable.
GREAT PIZZA! I total different idea about the norm when it comes to pizza. I recommend the specialty pizza! You cant go wrong!
Why is everyone so rude! What happened to customer service. Place smells disgusting and is dirty. Last time I’m eating here. Get better standards.
Boggles my mind that this place has 4.1 stars. We went to go order take out and the kid said upon entering said go up to the counter to be helped. We went to the counter but no one even acknowledged us. All we got was looks, the kid passed us multiple times, a girl in a red shirt came up to the register to get someone's bill ready but completely ignored us and no acknowledgement, the man and the woman in the kitchen had to know we were waiting but completely ignored us as well.We ended up walking out and won't even consider coming back to this location.
They have good dressings made in-house. The pepperoni bread is fire. I have been going to Puccini’s in Indy since i was a kid and I’m glad this one in west clay is close to my house, WillBe back
I ordered takeout here and had a pretty terrible experience. The girl on the phone had trouble understanding my order even though it was pretty straightforward. Then, upon pickup, they forgot an item in my order, which I only discovered after getting back to my car and checking everything. What should’ve been 2-minutes turned into 30 minutes of waiting around because they gave my item to someone else. I understand being busy on a Friday night, but I don’t think the food was worth coming back for anyway. I saw several others with long wait times for their food too.
I ordered my restaurant litmus test dish, a Caesar’s salad. Quickly realized it is made with some nasty bottled grocery store dressing. Poor quality greens too. Bottled salad dressing is a total dealbreaker for me. I will never ever be back. Bottled dressing is not served in legit restaurants. Posers.UPDATE: Literally an employee told me the dressing was not house made and came from a bottle. They said most of their dressings are house made, except NOT the Caesar dressing. Puccini’s what is the truth? Either way the dressing tastes sugary and like it came from a bottle. I actually believe I am familiar with the brand.
They’re typically able to get you seated quickly, are always friendly, and the food is great. I called tonight 15 mins before closing and they had my pizzas made really quickly and they were exactly as we asked.
Ordered takeout. Meatball Calzone was amazing. Tasty meatball chunks, mushrooms, stringy mozzarella cheese and crust was baked to perfection. Marinara on the side.
