Hadn't been to Puccini's since before COVID, but was craving their Panama Red pizza, so made the trip. A fantastic pizza! Garlic bread with cheese and friendly service rounded out a very enjoyable lunch for my wife and I...but the pizza was the star.
Called and said it would be an 1.5 hours. Uh no thanks. Your are good but not that good to wait that long. Plus when I either call the Carmel or West Clay locations you always have some woman answer the phone with an attitude. I would suggest you don't hire nasty women with attitudes or show them how to properly address customers. Will never order from either location ever again.
Great pizza! The crust gives it an edge over others.

Great place to grab some Italian food. Love that my entrée comes with salad and garlic bread.
The food is always excellent, but today’s service matched that. Had a mix up while ordering over the phone as the husband is soft spoken and they made a different specialty pizza than what we wanted. What was heard wasn’t what was said. When this was brought to their attention at pickup they got right to making the correction.Wonderful staff!
This the best pizza in our area and the servers work very hard one girl today at noon and at least twelve tables she needed skates and did it all with a smile and great attitude. Give them a try you will be a regular. Enjoy
Awful service, awful time est, said 5 mins and I've been standing for 30 or 45 mins. Dont go here on a weekend or a end of the week day. If you brave it just know I'm praying for you. Love trevor
We ordered to go food. The meals were not made right per their menu, the chicken parm had to cheese and the Marsala had no potatoes. It was a waste of money, go else where for food.
Great pizza - Terrible servicePuccini's has great pizza, I am a fan of the 'giacamo'. Unfortunately I have tried to order via phone for carry out three times in the last month only to hang up each time and order elsewhere.Each time I have tried to place an order it is a customer service disaster.The worker 'may answer' and is usually not friendly, always puts you on hold, and then loses track of who is on hold, or what is going on. If you even get to place an order they will rudely tell you that the wait time may be long.This evening (11/17/2021 - 6:30 pm) I was put on hold and then never returned to, the worked attempted to answer but had me on speaker or some other form and couldn't tell that a customer was there, I could hear all the restaurant noise in the background and attempted to speak to them, but they were unaware.Annoyed, I called back and told the person who answered as much, and they made a vague excuse that they were trying to deal with a door dash issue and then asked me to be put on hold again!Clearly, there seems to be a systematic problem at this location or a lack of training on how to use the phone system. I have had this similar experience trying to order from this location multiple times.Great pizza, but absolutely not worth dealing with poor customer service.
