I stopped for a quick lunch and should have known to leave when I was their only customer on a Friday at 1 pm. I ordered an ice tea and a 6oz burger for $15.00 Before tax. Ok, if it was a great burger. But, in this case, the food was pre-cooked and served after reheating and dipped into beef juices. They used Two 3 oz over-cooked patties that make McDonald's hamburgers taste gourmet. WORST burger ever! I definitely will go out of my way to spread the word about how terrible this food is.

I went to prodigy yesterday for the first time. We waited a minute before we were noticed after seating. The hostess actually took our original drink order. And waited about another 10 minutes to get them. Both my son and I had gotten Prodigy Melt which on the menu says double Pattie’s. We up charged were charged for a double. When asked if we wanted double? I look at the menu figured there would be a down charge for a single. Not an up charge for what the menu said. My daughter wanted a milkshake she is the was charged for a reg instead of a kids. She is 4. We were left for 20 minutes looking for the waiter to get the check for 3 people and one kid was over $85. For burgers and fries. And my melt didn’t even have the jalapeño on it. That I asked for when ordering. Very disappointing. By price and service.

Visited the North Carmel location for lunch today. Hubby had the classic burger & I had the Cobb salad, both very good. Salad was very fresh. We also ordered cheese curds & thought they’d come out as a appetizer but came with our meal & at that point we didn’t really want them. William (Wii.I.Am) was a great bartender (we sat at the bar) seemed like he was running the whole place!

Went to the one in South Indpls. last night. We had a party of 13. Many adults. The waitress was rude to several different families even unknown to each other until the head of the group said we were leaving. Another adult stated that she and her husband had been in there for a family event and they had to walk out due to the same waitress!? She brought the manager over because I requested two different kinds of cheese on my burger. It stated for a dollar more I could do that. Anyway, the problem waitress is still employed. Is she the wife or girlfriend of the manager? Regardless, no apology was offered!!!!! I will never return. Explains why the restaurant was near empty!

We went for our son’s birthday, he loves a good burger. We heard good things about previous locations, so we went to the Greenwood location. It was filthy! Floors, tables, restrooms…the burgers were over priced and just ok. We won’t be going back.

Service was good, but my burger seemed small and dry for the price. Toppings were quality though. Also I thought the regular fries ordered by someone else in my party had more flavor than the truffle fries I ordered

Their smash burgers are NOT smash burgers! So disappointed in that alone, but meat is tough and flavorless. Fries are so sweet they were sickening sweet. Server seemed bored and disinterested. Overall, not a place I’d ever go back to.

First time visit to this location. Food was amazing. The server was attentive, but not over bearing. Will be back when visiting Indy.

Ordered online for lunch. Never been to one before. The options on line to choose from was very minimal. I went in to pick up the order, and asked for a side of Mayo, he said he didn't have it in back but did have a mayo bottle that he can give me some. Took it back to the office to eat. Burger was cooked perfectly. I ordered MW and it was good. Bottom bun was soggy. And put my mayo on then took a bite, did not know there was some sort of special sauce on it too. Not a fan of the special sauce. Will I order again, probably. Just not a to-go order or an order via on-line.

I know it's a burger place, but the Brisket Mac and Cheese is awesomely delicious. This trip they couldn't serve milk shakes because they were out of milk, but that's the first time that's happened to us in about 4 or 5 tripsAlso, kids no longer eat free on Tuesdays, but the kids meals are still only $5, so not a bad deal.
