Always enjoy the sandwiches but service is lacking. They didn’t start making my pickup order (which was scheduled for a certain time) until I got there, defeats the purpose of ordering ahead

First time ordering fromnthem mysepf, had had them at work events before, they were great about helping me order what I wanted using their terminology.

Tuna and Swiss from Potbelly here is different. Normally eat the whole sandwich but had half leftover today of a original. Workers don't really enjoy their job, from how they portray. Wanted to order a shake to enjoy after I enjoyed my sandwich but was told to order it after my sandwich..... no biggie... plenty other sandwich places.

I work in an office and have 30 minutes for lunch. I put in an order for delivery. The order was confirmed and to be delivered by 11:55am. 12:20 rolled around and I had not received my food or had a call to tell me they were running late. I called Potbelly to find out what was going on. They had no clue I placed an order online because their dash was down. I don’t understand that part because I ordered directly of their website. They told me they could “remake” my sandwich and it would be ready in 20 minutes if I come pick it up. I didn’t have time for that so I just asked for a refund. They couldn’t do that because apparently it has to be approved by the higher up and someone would contact me. Low and behold, no one called me. I stopped in after work to get my refund and they still couldn’t do that when I was in the store. They told me to call back in a few days if I still hadn’t received it. I have never had potbelly and was really looking forward to trying it, but now I feel completely let down by the whole process. Be wary when ordering from their website. It was a $20 disappointment.

Never been to the Potbelly Sandwich shop before, so I went with the wife. The place was very nice and open for dinning inside. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not crowded. Normally I would have gone to a different place for this type of meal. I was surprised that the place was very open.I had the 'wreck sandwich' on wheat bread. The sandwich was good and they make it per your taste. I wish they offered a cheese bread and a few more condiments. This would make for a better selection on the menu.

This has turned into my favorite sandwich shop. The subs are amazing and the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies are unbelievably good. The kids meals are a super good value for what you get as well and is always a hit.

We have tried to go to the Carmel location twice now. Have been there each time at 11am when sign says they are to open. However, each time waited outside at least 5 to 10 minutes pass opening while employees look out at us and many others waiting to come in to only be told each time finally by an employee that it is going to be another 20 to 30 minutes due to call in orders and catering orders.. poor customer services as they should plan for this and have staff available or shutoff a certain time for call ins when close to opening time. Also this particular day they had at least 6 employees at the shop. I know places are suffering due to staffing but they should be considerate of other guest and their time and adjust their opening time to be more realistic.

Although I haven’t been here much after my experience today will surely bring me back. As I walked in I was greeted by a gentleman who stood about 6 feet tall with one of the of most greeting smiles I had ever seen (of course he had his mask on it was just one of those things where you could tell). On top of that he gave me a rundown of the menu and his favorite things to get when I told him I was unsure of what I wanted. This young man I believe goes by the name of James. James then proceeded to put together the most beautiful sandwich which I devoured (scrumptious btw especially after the recommendation to add bacon from the young fella James). Now thanks to James I will be coming to potbelly whenever I’m in need of some nice meets in my mouth. Clean bathrooms too!!!

The bacon on the BLTA was soooo spicy due to the pepper on the bacon. The Mac n cheese was cold and the container was not filled completely. The cookies were delish! The employees would us to understand them more if they spoke up a bit more clearly. The cashier was sweating profusely and while I realize this is not something that can be controlled perhaps a large sweatband on his wrist to help wipe away his perspiration.

I come here for the chicken pot pie soup. It's almost a meal to itself. The subs are good too. This is in a really nice outdoor mall area close to US 31. I always enjoy coming here.
