Pizza Hut has gone downhill. No cheese on the pizza. I asked for light sauce, and got extra sauce, hardly any cheese, hardly any pepperoni
I placed a pickup order for 11am on the website, I showed up at 11am and the store wasn't even open. All the lights were off and no one was inside. Even tried calling the phone number and the line said they were currently closed.
Nightmare. Ordered a boxed dinner online. Easy process - chose delivery. Got a message saying it would be delivered by door dash. Meal arrived late. When we opened the box (which was to house 2 pizzas, wings and breadsticks) the breadsticks were missing. Dasher was still parked out front so we asked her. She says the store told her they went with the previous order. What?? Didn't seem right, so we called the store. No answer. Called again and machine picked up saying store was closed. It wasn't even 8pm on a friday night. Hours posted said they were still open, but couldn't reach anyone. Husband pointed out that door dash delievries as usually sealed (sticker, etc) but this order had no such thing. After thinking about a random person reaching into our dinner box and taking out food (it's all open in the box, not wrapped up) I was a little grossed out. Didn't matter - it was cold. The wings weren't tossed in sauce - they were hard little chicken pieces with a little sauce drizzled on a few of them. None of it was edible. Major fail. Not edible, couldn't reach anyone to even ask about the missing pieces. Not happy. Will not order here again.
Ordered pizza online on a Friday evening. Stopped in on way home prior to the estimated pick up assuming it would not be done and I’d run back after drop kids off. Not only was the pizza done, done correctly and waiting but the employee was knocking pizzas out alone. She was friendly, efficient and what a hard worker.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Let me start by saying I RARELY leave reviews on here, but this place is so terrible that I felt it was my duty. Every single time I've ordered from this location (I should have learned my lesson earlier), I place my order on the phone just fine, which is actually with a call center, not the actual restaurant. I'm given a delivery window, and it passes by almost an hour, I call. I try contacting the restaurant first, and it either rings once and then hangs up on me, or it is picked up and no one speaks but I can hear everything in the background. Today, I have 13 phone calls in my call log trying to get ahold of someone. I talked with the call center 4 different times and all they would do is connect me to the store, which no one ever answered to begin with. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund, to which they replied that they couldn't do that only the local store could and they would try to connect me now. Again not listening to me when I told them that they aren't answering their phones. There has not been one single time in the history of me using this location that they've answered their phones. This location should just be shut down. The Pizza Hut in Westfield is amazing, but they legally can't deliver to my area because this location is still "in business". Not only is the physical location disappointing in their customer service, but the call center representative was equally as rude and would not listen to anything I said and was no help whatsoever. I finally got my food almost an hour and a half late, by a DoorDash driver, so why they charge a delivery fee is beyond me. My order wasn't even correct. I asked for light sauce and extra cheese, and got light cheese ansld EXTRA extra sauce. This location is giving the Pizza Hut chain such a bad reputation.
Haven’t eatin at Pizza Hut in years… It was good! Big fluffy breadsticks were so yummy. Pizza was hot and fresh. Great customer service as well. We will be coming back :).
This pizza hut center staff was so pathetic and rude. They are not preparing order on time and when you ask about your order status they are start behaving rude and cancel your order if you ask more than once. So pathetic and rude, don't go there. It was closed majority of time and whenever it opens behaves rude with the customers.
Ordered from the app and went to the store when it says it’s ready. They made me wait 10+ minutes and just realized that they gave me a wrong pizza once I got home. So I had to go back to the store and wait for another 30 minutes. I know there’s only 2 employees working but they should fix their process on this store. This is my last time ordering from this store and never coming back.
Ordered online at 5:35pm. Online said it would be about 25-35 until it would be delivered. It came to be about 6:35pm and my order still said it was being prepared. I called to ask for an update on my order. They said they could not find my order and I was put on hold. Then a lady answered the phone and said they didn’t have any order for me. I told them I had a confirmation/order number and she just ignored that and said any order before 5pm was cancelled since they opened at 5. I told her I ordered at 5:35 and she said my order was cancelled and she tried to call me. I have NO notification of any type of phone call from them. There is no evidence that they called to tell me. I’m just frustrated because it was clear that she lied to me and just made excuses. If I hadn’t called, who knows when I would’ve found out about what happened to my order.
Stood at counter for over 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The mushrooms and peppers were hardly cooked and actually seemed like they were thrown on after the pizza was done, they were just loose on top and barely warm.
