Always liked Piada but it appears they were having an off day. Overall, just bad quality food today with wilted greens and discolored avocado.
My food tasted great for the most part! I got a bowl and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of toppings that were available to add. However my salmon piece was small and dry and wasn't worth the extra. Overall, I would come again (but maybe lose the salmon)!!
My new favorite place for fast casual food. Their Piadas are flavorful with tons of ingredients to choose from as well as the bowls and the honey melon drink hit the spot. Fast and great service.
I really enjoy the food, it's good, healthy, and a decent price. I just can't get over that this location always smells like a sewer. It ruins the whole experience for me. I can't even eat the food outside of the restaurant anymore, because I can't stop thinking about the sewer smell. Horrible!
Honestly… I’ve been here a few times and the experience isn’t consistent. My most recent visit, a man dropped my pasta bowl into somebody else’s salad bowl at check out. But he didn’t acknowledge it? Then he proceeded to ignore me when I asked for specific toppings. Take that how you will.
Overpriced garbage. Steak tasted old and minerals like cheap cut. Chicken is mush consistency. Small portions for price. Don't waste your time
LOVE PIADA FOOD! But, I avoid this location at all costs! Every time I think I’m going to give them another chance I regret it. The attention to detail is extremely poor. We are consistently missing our protein, salad dressing, or sauce for our pasta. Often they don’t pay attention to order details. If you place a carry out order don’t bother adding any special instructions bc they throw your food together without bothering to see if you have dietary needs and often don’t include all the listed ingredients. Can’t say enough good things about the Piada near Keystone! HIGHLY recommend going there over this location.
I had the deluxe ceasar salad and it was just okay. Inflation is bad but this was a small portion for it's price. Pepperoni sticks are still amazing! Service was good. I wasn't thrilled seeing one of them sitting on the floor behind the food texting. She got up when new people arrived and made their food without washing hands or anything.The restroom was a bomb. Chemicals were everywhere and it smelled horrible. I believe there was a repair happening but it would have been better to close the rr than have it look a disaster.
Good food and service. Jay is always super nice and makes everything look so easy. I recommend the avocado Piada with steak or the carbonara with crispy chicken.
The food was great, exactly what I order. Fast service and they are very good and making sure if you have delivery or pick up that you have everything you need. Highly recommend the Calamari!
