They offer a premium sub and while price reflected that, the service did not. The establishment was clean and food was good, but we waited 35 minutes after ordering for 2 subs, 2 fries and 2 drinks. When asking about an expected ETA, we’re where curtly told, “sorry for the delay, we’ll have it to you as soon as it is ready.”
The people were rude and obviously weren't trained properly. Hopefully this store can get back to what it once was.
Manager here is a total piece of work. I place an order on Penn station's website twice (not doordash or another 3rd party) it charges my card each time but no order. Obviously not his fault but being manager means taking ownership of the problem. He offers zero apology and just flatly says, drive down here (2nd time) bring proof and I'll make your sandwich. Okay? How about offering my money back or/and something for my inconvenience. Management 101 is not offering the original service after the fact. It's so easy to say "sorry, how about a free drink on us." This concept was lost on that gentlemen tonight
Chicken parmesan sandwich and fries were good. Great place for family.
It’s hard to find great, knowledgeable, and fast service today. First thing on a Sunday morning, the shop was ready to go with smiles on their faces. Great people here! Food is prepared as usual— best hot chain subs around.
Went here once. While the sub was delicious and the staff was nice to me, it really shouldn’t have taken twenty-five minutes to make one small sub. Part of that time I spent waiting was because a Karen walked in and proceeded to argue about cookies that came with her carryout. It went on and on while I was still waiting for my sub to even be made. Ridiculous.
Very simple order ended up being completely wrong. Did not know until we got home. Was not going to drive all the way back. Not sure the food is worth the price when correct, but certainly not when you don’t even get what you ordered. Will not return.
This place is awesome. I come here almost every week and the food is always fresh and the staff is super nice. Saw some dude being a j*** and they handled it excellently. Sandwich is pricey but worth it.
