On January 12th, two thousand twenty two, I ordered a double order of bone in wings with the sauces on the side. Medium well. Before this location closed on this evening. After I perceived that this was taking too long, I called. This location's vm said that they were closed. After trying feverishly to relay my displeasure to this location ( without success), I finally got a hold of "a manager." She said to me that my order was voided (to absolutely no knowledge of mine). And that my money would be refunded to me in two days. Today. No refund still. But more importantly... As a paying customer. I feel like I did not get what I paid for. God willing, this location will do better for their loyal customers.
Quality has seriously slipped beyond repair. We order pizza regularly because it’s an easy fix. I’d bet we order pizza at least 6-8 times each month and it’s always to feed others. The point of this is that it’s easy to overlook some quality issues if it’s just the wife and I, but seeing the people you’re buying pizza for disappointed when the order arrives is a whole other thing. Tonight we ordered one of their new New York style pizzas, one called “The Works”, and chicken wings. Each pizza barely has anything on it. Very little pepperoni on the NY style pizza. The one called “The Works” had very little on it and shouldn’t be called “The Works” at all. Not even close. Especially when you’ve spent nearly $50 bucks for the lot after including a tip. Speaking of tips. Here’s mine. Until this store places quality high on their list of things to achieve, buy your pizza and wings somewhere else. Some frozen pizzas are far better than what was delivered tonight.
Although a restaurant being short staffed is understandable, false promises of when the order will be completed should not be made. It has been about two hours since the order has been placed and it has still not been fulfilled. Multiple attempts to contact this location have been futile.
Every time that you schedule delivery hours ahead of time, it's consistently 30+ minutes late.One time, it didn't show up at all (though the did refund us the money and remake the order)The consistency of tardy pizza is truly remarkable.
I ordered Cheese Sticks with 2 containers of Garlic and a PizzaI got Bread STICKS instead of Cheese Sticks and NO Garlic Dip... PLUS the Pizza was COLD.. that doesn't even deserve ONE Star!
Called them on a Tuesday nite. They close at 11. It was 10:15pm. The app let me go thru my whole order, only to find out at the end that they weren't accepting anymore orders. So, I called the store, since they didn't close for another 45 min. Yep..they didn't accept my order. I called Domino's. They took my order. They got my money and my tip. Since they actually worked till their website said they worked.Bad experience Papa Johns. GREAT experience Dominos.
Not good! Waited 1.5 hours said it was delivered. Never came. Said they could re-make it, and deliver it in another 35-40 minutes, and still pay full price. Don't order!Thankful for good neighbors that got home at a perfect time though! Apparently got delivered to a different house nearby. Mailboxes and numbers on houses are very visible though.
No parking spots because all the delivery drivers are park in front of store
Awesome place, very friendly staff, quick pick up, always on time or apologize when they are behind schedule and give compensation when they are!
This is the WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced - TWICE now.
