every single time i get chicken at this location it is that disgusting veiny chewy kind that leaves u not wanting to eat chicken for a month or soi would like to be able to eat my expensive lunch without wanting to vomit all over it
Panera oh rangeline is a step above the rest. The manager, Tina, plus her amazing staff makes every day an amazing experience. I come here for tea, best salads, and solace. I do believe everyone has a story to tell. For myself, it’s the comfort and reliability from their staff that keeps me coming back day after day.
The atmosphere was exceptional. I met some really nice people while I and my niece were having lunch. The food is always delish! Thank you
Ordered a steak sandwich and they did not put the onion on it. I called back to complain and no one answered. Then I called the next day and the lady service person said she could not believe I was complaining over and she hung up on me. I had to call corporate to get anyone who would listen. corporate took care of the complaint. What is America coming to? . Lazy, ungrateful workers who have no respect towards customers. I am sensitive to the supply shortages, but, that does not give you restaurants the right to make the sandwich with out the ingredients. At the very least make sure the customers know that you are omitting ingredients
Where is there a Panera Manager during the lunch rush hours. Not in this store. Why? You need to be interacting with your customers. You know, the ones who come in and pay money to keep you all in business. This Cafe is "dirty", someone needs to be in the dining area to clean and sanitize the tables especially during lunch rush time. Soup is usually semi-warm. Front entrance is dirty. Outside Concrete, glass doors. trash & dining plates dispensary areas all need cleaning up. This is the reality of your Cafe.
Ordered a sausage and pepperoni flatbread and it was delicious, also walked in to a old guy being very rude to the staff. The staff handled it a lot better than I would. Props to the staff!
I literally just left and the lady behind the counter was standing there blowing her nose. I mean it was a ton of snot coming from her nose!? why are you even standing right here blowing anyway. DISGUSTING!! I asked her to wash her hands and she became argumentative. Saying she did when I sat and watched her and she didn't. After the conversation, she continued to bring it up saying she did wash her hands. Ok, lady it's over with. She even said "God bless you" as I left the store. She was trying to be funny at this point.
The vegetable sandwich on tomato basil bread with the tomato soup just hit the spot on this chilly morning. Smoke glad my husband and I shared a meal together.
