It was a very confusing place. No sense of ordering for new people. The young lady behind the counter did not speak English well very hard to understand her. Just think it could be organized better during a rush. Food was fine it was hot and tasted well.

Walked in to no greeting from anyone, just irritated looks. As someone who works in food industry management at one of the busiest stores in our area, I never fail to greet a guest with a smile and a hello, nor does my team. As soon as I walked to the counter the lady screamed something at me after I ordered what I wanted. I didn’t understand what she had said so I asked politely for her to repeat herself. This was met with an eye roll and a sigh. She must’ve assumed I was eating there and just handed me my food on a flimsy paper plate. I had no tray as I was wanting to leave with my food. She also walked away from me before I had finished my order. The lady at the check out was no more pleasant. She snarkily asked why I had no tray as she waved a fortune cookie in my face. She gave me this irritated look the whole time and seemed mad I asked for a water cup, she even told me to “make sure you only put water in it.” I sat down because I was now forced to do so, I got the pleasant experience to listen to the cashier argue with a customer and continue to belittle him instead of helping him with his issue. Food was ok at best and portion was small compared to any other Panda Express I’ve been to. I will make the longer drive to Noblesville next time.

Literally bad service! Very slow, I asked for a specific thing and was given too much and was charged almost 10 dollars for Rangoon’s. I specifically asked for 4 pieces and they gave me four orders. Ended up not getting my favorite thing! Never coming to this location again

Food and service was good. Just the people that bring in big service dogs i understand you need them. But not around my food. But other than that no thank you

A frequent stop for lunch. Almost always quick and delicious. I come here at least 5-6 times per month. Haven't really ever had a poor experience at this location.

I came here at 1110 on a Sunday when they open at 11 and 1/3 of the food wasn’t ready. I was told it would be 10 minutes for orange chicken. There are 4 other people waiting for orange chicken. I would imagine it’s one of there most popular and for it not to be ready at opening is unacceptable.

The lady who typically is doing the serving is a little difficult and a bit stingy on the portions. The food is as expected so I continue to visit. Beyond that a very normal Panda Express.

We used to order from here all the time. Tonight's order had a bug mixed in with my fried rice. Never. Again. :(

We got the honey sesame chicken, which my son now says is his favorite---even better than orange chicken! ?

Panda really knocked it out of the park this time. Everything was hot and fresh. This is the best Panda Express around
