Marissa was amazing! She was very thorough with our orders and everything came out great as expected. She's very enthusiastic and we never had an empty plate or glass. We'll definitely be back! :)

It was a great experience. Our server was pleasant and very attentive. I felt bad as she had heard wrong for the order for my daughter. She fixed it quickly and politely. I realized after the fact that she thought I had said the same after ordering my food, instead of salmon. I appreciate her fixing the order for us. We will be back.

I haven't been to Olive Garden in years...I returned for lunch today and was pleased with the lunch special. The salad was just as good as I remembered. The pasta was very good and the service was excellent. I do wish the breadsticks came without salt. I'll have to ask next time.

Excellent Whenever I Go. However this Time I and My 2 Guest were placed in a Section that has No Waiter/Waitress and Everyone passed Us. We were just seated and the t was it. 20 Minutes had Passed this Waiter said He was go to Wait on Us... The One who seated Us then came and took our drink order. I requested a manager, she came and said I hear what happened and Discounted Us.

Needed soup due to a surgery. I ordered two soup from Olive Garden and they said it will take no more than 30 minutes. I arrived early. Called them and they said it should be out in a few. As patient as I was I waited another 20 minutes sitting in the car. The car next to me - a police officer also order food and left because food was not ready. The girl arrived but mistakenly thought we were the cop that left because his food did come out on time. Then, I decided to go inside myself to grab my food. On my watch they still messed up my order. Nevertheless, I ended up staying to grab my food. If you order food online with them, be aware that you might need to go inside to get it yourself. I never had such issue at any Olive Garden!

We ordered our meals as soon as we were seated along with our drinks. By the time we received our soups and salad we needed refills on our drinks. We then had to wait until our entrees arrived to receive refills. My first go around of chicken parmigiana was cold and dry. This round was even worse. The soups were cold as well. This was a horrible Sunday night family dinner experience.

Ordered curbside To Go. All was good and timely until they delivered our food and our main entree (gallon of soup) was missing. No problem, made the call and they brought it out. However, Got home and there is NO SALAD DRESSING for the JUMBO salad we ordered. How do you eat Olive Garden salad without Olive Garden dressing which is what makes the salad!!?! It’s a rainy Tuesday by the way, so not like it’s a weekend where things get crazy. Just sad and disappointed in customer service and follow through these days.

The waitress WAS amazing. She was very patient, she recommended really great plates...the coffee was so good. We enjoyed even the waiting time because there's always a waiting time on Sundays here but is worth the wait.

The food was not the best. The breadsticks were almost stale, seemed like they had been sitting for a while. The actually pretty tasteless.

Went to the Olive Garden for lunch on our anniversary but we were very disappointed. Two of us had the soup and salad; however, the soups were lukewarm and watery while my mom's eggplant parmigiana was dry. We accepted the first soups but, when we requested second bowls of soup, I told the server that the first ones were lukewarm and watery. Five minutes later, the server brought out two bowls of lukewarm watery pasta fagioli. I was so upset with the second bowl that I just left it uneaten. We did mention the problem to the Hostess who thanked me for bringing it to their attention. I've occasionally had a soup like this; however, the second bowls of soup were always hot and hearty. Not this time.PS: We also purchased the $5.00 take home entrees. When we opened them up last night for dinner, the containers literally only contained 1/2 of what they normally do.
