Noodles has gone down hill drastically. Used to love this place but nearly all the old menu items have been replaced with healthier fare. I don't eat heaping bowls of pasta for my health, it used to be comfort food. "Alfredo Sauce" was a runny yellow butter sauce with some parm sprinkled in. Chicken was dry. Drink machine was broken...won't be back. Sorry Noodles.
Always great, fresh food at reasonable prices... I guess I am a little disappointed that they package all of the orders as if they are for take out, even if you tell them it is 'for here'. Maybe, that is due to a lack of labor somehow??? I particularly like the parmesan crusted chicken breast added to the Pad Thai.
The food was OK. Soda machine wasn't working properly because my diet coke didn't taste like Diet Coke A bus dropped off a whole group of kids there and we couldn't even hear each other talk to each other across the table. Too loud. They need acoustic foam or something on the walls to dampen the noise of crowds because the voices just echo in the restaurant. My table was very sticky.
Other than the cashier who was very sweet I have nothing to say. I went there in the evening and ordered tomato soup. It looked like the soup had been on the stove forever. And they stopped serving cibata with it. It's jus some crackers.
We like their food. First time at this location. Ordered online. Only issues: no front-of-store parking. Confusion re order of extra sauce for Japanese udon noodle dish.

Love the Carmel indiana location. They have the very best pad thai that I got with shrimp this time. Yummy!!
Not sure what’s going on at this location but you can only order through the app or online which is kind of strange. I understand maybe it’s a Covid thing? Just wasn’t very user friendly unless you already ordered before going inside
