Slow service, super hot no air conditioning, sub par pizza, Noone seemed to have a clue working here.
I would like to appreciate hard work.Mr.Ryan costa you are an amazing employee.One man team solid service and amazing pizza.Respect to you ???
This is one of the first two Indy-area Noble Roman's Craft Pizza Pub's we found and patronized. This location is a bit north and not visible so at times could be busy, others not. The staffing seems a little light/stretched maybe because of that inconsistent business. As for the food quality, it isn't quite what I've experienced at other locations and I've been to this one several times so not sure why from the salads to the pizza. Should I revisit I'll repost at that time.
Who doesn’t love pizza! Normally this is a go to for me and my co-workers during lunch given the great service and tasty food. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case yesterday. We were greeted with both a terrible attitude at the checkout counter, wrong order and even made to feel bad for dining in due to the location being short staffed. Under staffing and stressful times are being experienced by all but hopefully this experience is never felt again.

Great restaurant. The selection of pizza they have is amazing. The employees were friendly and helpful, the place was clean, and plenty of room. We were able to spread out and enjoy our meal. Plus even though there were alot of customers it never got too crowded. We will definitely come back next time we are playing at Grand Park.
I've only ever ordered curbside pickup here, but it's on point every time! Wait time is usually only 15 minutes, and every time I pull into the curbside spots the staff is out with my pizza within a minute. Staff has always been friendly. Oh and the sausage pizza is delicious.
Even though the restaurant was very busy, the staff made the experience so enjoyable! The food was amazing and the costumer service was the best part! Definitely recommend coming here!
Best on tap root beer I’ve ever had. Would go back just for a drink of it! Pizza was tasty. TV’s all around yo watch sports. Good for families.
I come to this location usually once a week. I called and ordered curbside pick up at 7:08. They stated it would be 15 minutes. I pulled in to designated curbside pickup spot and waited 15 minutes for someone to come out to curbside, I saw employees inside looking out but not moving toward me so I assumed the pizza wasn’t ready, so after another few Minutes I went in and the pizza was ready under warmer lights.This same thing happened a week before with the Noble Romans CARMEL LOCATION WITH curbside PICKUP ! I addressed it with the cashier and he said they were short handed. A customer is a customer , They Should not offer a service they can’t fulfill! When I got to the car, the pizzas was Luke warm at best and the cheese sauce with thick and chilled. When things operate as they should their pizza is always fresh and hot - I will be ordering from another locations going forward. The Westfield store off of 32 Is always On time and Courteous - it’s a five more minute drive but well worth it if they honor their commitments to customers at curbside. VERY UNDERSTAFFED.
