I went there approximately 3:00 3:15 on Thursday July 28th there was two people ahead of me. After waiting about 5 minutes in line they were finally waited on and the order was taken once their drinks of iced tea and other cup given to them the woman went right back over to the station area and basically did not much but open a bag and ask for other food to be brought up which in turn she could have came and took my order she left me standing there for another five to seven minutes looking at me twice. Never acknowledged me never said I'll be right with you I felt uncomfortable like I was bothering her. After 10 minutes of waiting 5 after the people ahead of me mind you I left I will never return to that McDonald's ever. Mind you I'm thinking of buying a house in Kokomo and that McDonald's I would never visit I felt uncomfortable and never in my life have I felt that way from somebody at a fast food restaurant. I felt ignored and that I was a bother. She was an older lady that wasn't kind or nice or helpful. Hopefully she's the owner if not somebody needs to reprimand her. I have many years in customer service and I was treated horribly. Again I will never return there ever.
Did not expect me on a bike with a motor I loved the ladies reaction for my personal order and when I grabbed my grubhub order her face was more aware of me excellent thus far
Seriously worst experience ever lady wouldn't even let me finish ordering my families meal before telling me a random total. Then when pulled up to the window was told to pull up to the waiting area for our food as well as I had to ask to speak to a manager twice and when I spoke to the manager about the situation the lady told me basically oh well I'm not doing anything about the problem seriously never going to this McDonald's agian. And will be trying to get in contact with corporate this is not how you treat customers

Curbside order, just now, after 20 minutes(!) I went inside to get food. Took 5 minutes before even acknowledged inside. Two stars since finally gave me the effing food, tho a complimentary upgrade would have assuaged my consumer pain. But no.
This McDonald's is very consistent with decent quality food and fast service especially considering the number of cars in the drive thru. It is almost always busy but rarely a long wait.
Supposed to be open til 1 a.m. got in line atound 1154. Huge line wrapped around building. Waited patiently to order my food. Then apparently they decide to stop serving the last 4 cars in drive thru. I was the third in line. The car was already at the speaker. Just horrendous customer service
Has lovely service for drive thru and the food comes correct to order when i go. Even if they make a mistake they own it and make the proper fixes to the order with respect.
Third time in a month that this McDonald's is closed during open hours. Sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting on them to open for breakfast, then another 6 at the box with no one answering.The other two times this month they closed early.Ridiculous excuse for professional service.
I continue to receive good service for my phone app orders! I always order the curbside pickup and it seems to work quickly most of the time! I appreciate their timely service as I can see how busy their drive-thru lines are. GOOD JOB McDONALD'S WORKERS!
