My friend & I each ordered a Margarita. I asked for no salt, she asked for salt. BOTH came with salt. AND... they did not taste very good. Very disappointing.
Delicious food and margaritas, as usual. Staff is friendly and attentive. Love the Cadillac Margarita. Salsa is great. Had the churros for the first time (usually too full) and they were the best that I have ever had!
House Margaritas were made from a mix or sweet sour mix. We want fresh squeezed lemon/lime mixture using tequila and triple sec. Not sweet greenish Margaritas that we ordered. We left 3 on the table Skinny margaritas followed snd they were better. Our cost & waste, however.
We understand that the kitchen was behind and did not mind BUT the sun was coming in right on us and as other tables opened up on the patio, we were not asked if we wanted to move. My boyfriend refused to ask to move but if they had suggested it, he would have.
As usual - the food was great. We have been to your restaurant a number of times and have always had excellent customer service - except this time. Your server looked tired and not so happy. Maybe she had worked too hard for too long. It spoilt our evening a little bit although her attitude improved a bit later in the evening.
This was our first visit and we will be back. Edgar was our server and I would put him among the best we have ever had. When we go back, we will make sure that he is working. This is not your typical Arroz Con Pollo Mexican restaurant. It is much better.

Met two of my kiddos - sat on the patio - a one man show started playing about half way into our meal & although his voice was pleasant enough⦠he played guitar & had back up sound tracks - it was loud enough that we had to increase our volume to be able to hear each other - which meant the people around us were having to do the same - which meant sound over all became defeative. This restaurant serves excellent food - wait staff is a step ahead of you & always respectful & knowledgeable- does whatever they can to make it an excellent experience - but perhaps management could help by suggesting musicians keep volume down a tad. Thanks so much.
Used to love Los Arroyos but their prices have gone up, our service was horrible as we got water refilled once and didnât get asked if we wanted another drink until we were ready to go. We needed hot sauce but never saw our server in time to ask for it if we wanted our food to be warm. We wanted more salsa but again we only saw our server like twice. Based on this I donât think I will be back.
