I waited 10 minutes for a Nashville hot and a chicken sandwich.Nobody was there.Unprofessional,they forgot my sandwich and I realized that when I drove home.This was the second time.I guess It was also the last.
I love KFC but the staff at this location are problematic. The drive thru worker yells and makes you feel pressured to order ASAP and gets even louder when you either ask a question or substitute something. Then they ask you to pull forward so their timer gets reset even if no one is behind you. Then they take an additional 5 minutes to get your order out to you. The last time I told them I didn't want to pull forward because it took a long time, the worker proceeded to say that wasn't me now pull forward. Fearing he would mess with my food I had to oblige, it then took another 5 minutes... The food is sometimes stale as well, I ordered chicken tenders once and they were hardened. Almost every evening without failure they turn off the fryers and say they are out of chicken, I am assuming it's so they can close early. I have given this branch so many opportunities but sadly it has let me down too many countless times. I will never return to this branch.

We get KFC once in a while. On Thursday or Sunday usually. We love the original recipe. We will usually get the family meal. It's a convenient choice when mom needs a break from cooking.
Me and my daughter just left there. It wasn't busy at all and yet we stood there for a while waiting for someone to take our order. When someone did come take our order I asked for a 16 piece family meal, they told me I couldn't have that but could get the 12...it's 4 more pieces of chicken, but whatever anywho. He seem annoyed he didn't ask me if I wanted original or crispy didn't ask if we wanted or needed honey or butter. And when the order was ready they sat it on the counter ( we were sitting down waiting) didn't say anything to us that it was ready. Got home to feed my child and there was bearly any mashed potatoes ??♀️. They could do better with customer service because baby it yall done better before.
Food was great... people were like warm kinda rude.. usually have a great experience...not this time
We were late to order for take out but still quality is much compromised. The biggest issue was that the chicken was not hot. It was lukewarm and a bit soggy. We ordered fries that were not present when we opened the box at home. All in all not a good fried chicken experience.
Not to be dramatic, but this is probably the best Kfc I’ve had in my life. I am actually very happy and satisfied with everything it was delicious. Just want to say good job to the Sunday crew! I haven’t had Kfc in a year or two because it just really wasn’t too good to me , but I’ve seen the commercials recently and this Kfc location lived up to the expectation. I will now definitely be recommending kfc to my friends and family. Thankyou to the Kfc on Rangeline Rd !
My husband are there and I was along for the ride. He says they were doing exactly what he would hope for and then some. Food was perfect size, temp, allotted amount-little pricey for alot of folks. Store looked neat and was clean, professional. We had a to go order also which was rated same as the above as well. Thank you
After being told that my sandwich would take 8 to 10 minutes to make, and me being ok with that, it actually took 19 minutes to make. That might not had been the case had they not took 5 minutes to continuously make sure I realized that it was going to take 8 to 10 minutes to cook...so...even though the sandwich was good as usual Im not pleased that the staff caused me to become hangry and write this negative review.
