I order lunch from this location a couple times per month. Always online. Today I had to call in and spoke to Brandy. She was awesome to work with. She got my order in quickly then saw I had enough rewards points for a free sandwich so she changed my order without me saying a word. I had no idea I had enough rewards points for that. So, a shout out to a good associate and a good experience.
I also experienced an issue with a middle aged woman at this particular store... not the first time this individual has thrown temper tantrums when it gets busy. It's uncomfortable and I couldn't believe I had to witness this exact behavior on more than one occasion. I understand we all have bad days, but I wouldn't have posted if this had been the sole instance of this happening at this location by this individual.

The middle aged white lady that works there needs fired immediately. Customers ruin her day. She stares at the clock, rolls her eyes and throws everything around while making your food. She’s the worst.
Slower and with surlier staff than average. You may end up saving time by going to a nearby, speedier location. Otherwise, meets the brand standards.
I understand there is a staffing shortage, but to close at 6pm daily is absolutely insane. Instead of opening up at 10:30am, open up at 12:00 or 12:30. That way you get the lunch rush and the dinner rush. No one buys breakfast at jimmy johns. They buy a sandwich and I don’t know about everyone else, but I don’t want a Club Lulu or Turkey Tom at 10:30am. Open up 2 hours later and that way you can stay open 2 hours later.
I still like their tuna best! Remember to ask for the sandwich to be cut in half - they won't cut it after it's delivered ??. Bon appetite

Food and service were good considering they are short staffed, only 2 people working. You will have to wait in line during lunch.
