I live less than a mile from this location and the refuse to deliver to me. Ridiculous
This has been my go to jimmy johns for nearly ten years. Never had an issue, bathrooms have always been clean and the employees friendly.
They never seen the half staff there but yet everything gets out quickly and at high quality. Maybe the owner should pay the people more there.
Often got here on my lunch since I work nearby and it is very convenient to order with the app and getting points and free items. My order is ready whenever I arrive.
They get my order wrong almost every time. Actually stopped ordering from there for a couple months. Ordered today and sandwich was wrong. I still eat it because I’m not picky and I like anything from jimmy johns.
easily the worst jimmy johns i’ve ever been to. the last three times i’ve ordered it for delivery it’s taken over an hour, almost 2 and i work only 3 min away from the building. my sandwich was soggy and the bread was stale. I ordered it cut in half and it wasn’t. the guy on the phone told me my order was next (after 45 min of waiting) and still took another 45 min to get to me. I understand getting behind but it would have been nice if they communicated that

It took an hour for delivery. I requested that it be left at my door because I have 2 big dogs that go crazy when people are at the door. The delivery person disregarded this and was trying to pet them as I’m trying to control them and get my food ?I won’t order delivery from this location again.
Most unprofessional manager / staff I have ever met. Ordered my food for delivery. Waited an hour and 15 minutes. No delivery was made. We then called the store to let them know we would pick up the food instead. The food was NOT READY when I arrived, they were serving other orders in front of ours after we ordered over an hour ago. Ridiculous. HIGHLY Recommend you stay away from this store.
