my order got left at the wrong door. I stopped by and these guys more than took care of it, remade the sandwhich with no complaints in record time. They also sent me home with a bag of chips so really nice crew. The location was also very clean and well kept.
Great Customer Service!!!! Ordered catering online for my daughter's graduation and entered the wrong date. Called the store and was immediately corrected as well as asking if all the condiments and toppings could be on the side. Done. Ordered was picked up and was given everything I asked for in convenient containers. Well Done Jimmy John's Clay Terrace!!!!
Update your online hours or stay open to the correct time. Your printout sign does nothing for your patrons who come out to eat at your restaurant. Very frustrating.
I scheduled a delivery 1 hour in advance to give the staff time to get my food to me when I needed it. It came 1 hour later than the scheduled time with part of the order missing. The order was 2 sandwiches. They forgot half of the order with 1 hours noticed.Another time I placed an order on their app at 6pm (store says they’re open until 8pm). It never came. I called the store after an hour and no one answered. I drove to the store and it was closed. I drove back the next day to get a refund and they said they closed at 5:30 and that the jimmy johns app and Google are wrong. Ok. But the sign on the front of your building says open until 8. And what fast food restaurant closes at 5:30 on a Saturday?I mean I get it. I was once a high school kid who didn’t want to work a Saturday shift. But you think the owner would want to run it a little better.
Similar experience to other reviewers - very slow delivery (delivery location was about 8 minutes from the store) and took about an hour from time of order for one sandwich and a side. Sandwich was missing add on items.
Worst Jimmy John's ever. If you don't have a lunch break or can't leave work, just order something else from door dash. This location is never "freaky fast" it usually takes anywhere from 30 min to over an hour and I work 0.5 miles away. The drivers also don't update the tracking so it could just be sitting outside or on the way and you have no idea. Don't bother putting in delivery notes/instructions or ordering anything like mayo packets or napkins-they don't care at all & never follow instructions. They don't even remember to give you a straw with a drink.
I get hot pizza delivered from miles away quicker than I get one sandwich ordered from this JJ's that is RIGHT next door to my house. I've ordered from this location a couple times while stuck in all-day meetings, and it is always 35-60 minutes. I could walk there in 10 minutes easily. Definitely NOT Freaky Fast or anywhere near it. I don't understand what is so difficult to get a sandwich within 20 minutes when I am 1/8 a mile from the restaurant.
I love Jimmy Johns, but as many of the reviews say, this location is not great. I ordered delivery for dinner and added a cookie to my order. Never got the cookie, and I called the store 3 times and no one answered as if they were closed (I called twice as soon as I got my order and then again about 30 minutes later with an hour until close). There are long wait times to get food delivered from this location. Last time I ordered it took an hour to even be marked "out for delivery"
Have my lunch break from 12-1, order was submitted at 11:33 and my lunch officially ends in 9 minutes with still no delivery. Very disappointed.
Very slow delivery. Ordered extra bacon on my sandwich and they barely put any meat at all on it. It was all lettuce. They didn’t cut my sandwich in half. Won’t be ordering again. I’m extremely disappointed.
