If I could give 0 stars, I would. SUN 6/26, 7:30p. Trash all over the floors, tables and chairs... restrooms trashed. Everything fried was soaked in grease, to the point of saturation. Tasted horrible, inedible.Multiple booths with spilled custard. Loud laughing staff in kitchen, did not respond to my attempt to speak to them. Nice guy at register, rest of staff should be fired. I'm a Freddy's customer at other locations, but will never come back to this location. One last thing. Because I used to work at restaurants, I understand the business well, accordingly, I'm not too picky. Even reasonable with fast food spots. This place was a dump with even worse food. Too bad.
Needed lunch quick - worth a try. It’s Steak ‘n Shake but better? Not really to sure. The burger was good, super smooshed down bottom bun which was soggy. It’s a good burger for “fast food”. Something is missing couldn’t figure it out.Fries were good.Tons of haters but I would rather have this burger then Burger King or McDonalds.
Better then average single cheeseburger. Pepsi was tasty. They might have the best Pup Cone in the area, at least Duke says so!
Went through the drive through it took awhile but once they started moving cars they made fast work of it. Seasoning on the fries is great. Burgers are good it was pretty average but with steak and shakes closing this type of place may become more popular
We typically love Freddy's, but this location should be condemned. Every table was filthy, the floors were dirty and sticky, and the workers were so unmotivated. There was only one other couple in the restaurant when we arrived and they made eye contact with us and commented how dirty the place was and how they hoped they didn't get sick from all the germs. We asked for a worker to clean our table and it was still not very clean afterwards. The really disturbing part was that another worker laid in a booth the entire time we were in the restaurant eating and on her cell phone. She had no urgency to get up. She finally got up to go back to work and didn't even have the motivation to clean up after herself. She left her fry container and fry sauce lay on the table as she went back to work the drive-thru. She could have cared less that the restaurant was a mess and that she didn't throw away her own trash. There were no napkins, straws, sauce, lids, etc. The custard maker was also running over & nobody had any urgency to stop it and clean up the mess. Multiple people left without getting custard because they were disgusted. A different worker accused the employee laying in the booth of intentionally running the custard machine over. Again the worker laying down, never left her booth to help clean it up. To top off the experience, our burgers were so salty that we could hardly eat them. As a matter of fact, one of them got thrown away. I don't normally like to leave negative reviews, but this really needs to be addressed. The pictures I attached are of the trash the employee left at her table and a small glimpse of the trash on the floor.
Ordered a fish sandwich and was under impressed. It had minimal toppings and was bland. Not worth the $10 I paid for it. The staff was fairly nice; however the service was very slow. I went through the drive through and decided to put my car in park because I was waiting so long. Also, I didn't smash my sandwich, it came that way. I tried my best to make the sandwich look presentable in the photo.
Quick service. Plenty of staff working which seems different from most other fast food places since Covid. Tasty burgers, love the thin cut fries. Custards good too, but limited choices.
Always great food and service when you dine at Freddy's location. Have tried a little bit of everything in multiple visits and have always enjoyed my order. Definitely try the fry sauce won't be disappointed.
Unfortunate experience, order at drive thru Burgers fries drinks and Sundaes. The person at window gave us drinks and sundaes. Then we waited about 7 min or enough time for our sundaes to melt before pulling out off the lot.I would suggest timing the custard items to come out with food. The current process will lose you a lot of customers.
Someone recommended that I try Freddy's if I love burgers, which I do. My wife wanted to try it, so I ordered their chilly dog, a double Californian style, and a patty melt. They gave us a random burger instead of the requested patty melt. The biggest issue now is that I believe I have food poisoning from their food as it has been coming out of both ends for a little while now. Never eating anything from Freddy's again!
