This was my first time eating this place. I really enjoy my steak burger meal and I will definitely come back. 2 thumbs up

Really nice restaurant, excellent smash burgers and fries! They even made my burger as a lettuce wrap burger to accommodate my gluten allergy. Highly recommended!

Order was incorrect, mainly due to our kids changing their orders multiple times. When food was ready, noticed a missing order and side. Manager rectified the issue, before I could even really say anything. Very good customer service, and they have a desire to make customers satisfied.
First time at a Freddy's. Staff was friendly and food was out pretty quick. Only gave 3 stars because I've had Culver's and steak and shake burgers. These are close to steak and shake style in my opinion. Foods not bad, it's good. But it's nothing new really. Couldn't see what the hype I heard about it was all about.
I’ve visited Freddy’s a couple times over the past year or so. In my experience, this chain is benefiting from a certain amount of hype, but it certainly does not deserve it. Soggy buns. Sloppy burger. Absolutely nothing distinct about it. I understand we are all looking for a Steak n’ Shake replacement (they have their own issues they need to address), but this is not it.Why do I keep wishing I pulled through the McDonald’s drive thru for a Bacon quarter pounder instead? McDonald’s will put you in the grave quick, but so will Freddy’. At least the quarter pounder taste better at half the price. Do better.
The drinks for fine in the onion rings were amazing. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and it was good. Someone got a little overzealous with the salt on the burger and aside from that the burger was really good.
The hamburger that I had was very good. They were very busy with lines at both the drive thru and inside. I ate inside but had a minimal wait to both order and receive my meal.
