The restaurant provides excellent service and the food was too notch. Team members Todd & Jeremy were awesome!We will definitely be back.
Service is terrible and my food was burnt and I was 1 of 2 ppl in the resteraunt. 2nd time coming to this location and I will not be back.
Got dinner with a voucher here and the employees were super nice and attentive to everyone there even though they seemed busy with mobile orders and the like. They gave me some extra breadsticks and my food was out in like 30 seconds.

Place was super clean. Food was delicious. But the staff members were incredible. Very friendly and accommodating!!!!!! Best food experience I've had in Indy!!!!!!!!!
if i could give it a 0 i would. we went there had to speak to a robot through drive through. and the guy at speaker once the robot messed up the order was huffin and puffin at us and had a attitude. will not be going back
This restaurant was very busy at the time we arrived. Everything was spotless and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and took care of everything we needed. The manager on duty even came out to the dining room to check on all the customers. The food was excellent and hot when it was delivered and extra breadsticks were replenished frequently to all diners. Very impressed with the food and service. Gluten friendly pasta and low carb flatbread did not disappoint. Wonderful experience!
Place has improved a lot since I was here last! Dining room was clean! The staff was super helpful! The order was mostly accurate and they were super helpful on making sure our dining experience was exceptional! Right after our order was placed a huge crowd of high schoolers and their families came in and got their orders placed super fast and accurate! Employees were even checking on everyone to make sure they needed more breadsticks! I’m definitely coming back here more often!
Ordered over $50 of food, ordered on my phone in the parking lot, took more than 30 minutes to receive the food. Ordered a family meal was missing several items from our order but of course didn't know that until we got home. We're supposed to come in the half a gallon of lemonade, we got none. The chicken was so dry it was not edible, and we ordered for sides of this item, there was not enough sauce for the fettuccine, the spaghetti sauce was horrible even though we've never had a problem before, we paid extra for broccoli and only received two but paid for six, the only thing that was in decent shape was the lasagna.. We will never order ahead again. We have always had decent service inside, but the order to go was a big waste of my time and money, it completely ruined our mealtime.
I never ever write reviews because I don't care to bother even if it's bad but this place takes the cake..I moved here from Colorado in August and the fazolis there is no comparison. I have been to this location twice since moving here since it's close to my house. Everytime it's teenage kids just wandering around while Im sitting at the window they aren't doing anything but messing around take forever to even Greet me at the window and can't even get my order correct either time. My first time I sat at the window 10 minutes before someone came then finally a girl comes and hands me a bag I said uhh I need to pay she was like oh my gosh thanks so much for letting me know I would have gotten in so much trouble, after paying I had to ask for my drinks .I get home and my order isn't correct I didn't even bother going back because of how long I waited I paid for two kids meals and an adult and got three kids meals. I decided to try again two nights ago December 2nd I ordered three ravioli kids meals same thing sats at the window for 15 minutes just all the teenage workers jacking around inside once again I get home and only got two raviolis and a Penne that I didn't order. I don't understand why these kids nowadays get paid so much to have no customer service skills at all and can't even get a damn order correct not once but both times I attempted coming. I will never come back to this location EVER the absolute worst one I've ever been to.!
