Loved the coffee choices (great pour over and polar opposite). Quite authentic bistro vibes and the French flavors were delicious. We enjoyed and highly recommend the caprése strata, the brioche toast and the shakshuka. This place is worth coming to multiple times.

Very bougie breakfast place. Not your average bacon and eggs breakfast! If you’re looking for something different and full of flavour, I highly recommend coming here. Their menu is very European/Mediterranean-ey. We ordered multiple items to get a taste of everything and it was all delectable. The coffee was also superb. Made fresh and to order! I loved the decoration and vibe of the restaurant. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu :)
Unique and delicious place for breakfast! Today we tried their turmeric latte and vanilla latte. Both were excellent. The turmeric latte especially is worth trying!For food we just had a portobello strata, but it was soooo good. The eggs are fluffy and delicious. It just has so many flavors.Overall I highly recommend the Eggshell. Their server Sam will take great care of you.
the food has a variety of spices and interesting combinations. I love trying a new dish every time I go, and I have yet to be disappointed. Also, the bread slaps. I will warn you, get there when they open. Their hours are limited and people pile in quickly.
Best breakfast experience ever. If you want something better than your usual bacon egg and cheese, you must try this one! They took breakfast to another level with their awesome environment, delicious Mediterranean breakfast dishes and coffee based drinks. Shout out to Ian!! He was the waiter there and he took care of everything and was such a pleasant person to deal with.

Eggshell Bistro has been on my radar since pre-Covid…we had a wonderful brunch today at this delightful and unique little eatery. We will definitely go again!
