This location is amazing. Great service, fast, and friendly. Pretty consistent quality for my cold brew. I will drive out of my way to go to this one over the Grand Park location.

Not many donuts, usually slow, and the donuts are ok. I bet the coffee is better, but they are a donut store.
Last week i was able to get what I needed. Today i tried to order a dozen and an accented lady tried to take my order. I need a dozen with a senior discount. #@)[email protected]# through the speaker. I said, sorry I didn't understand you so another voice came through. I started my order, asked for my 2nd choice - sorry, we're out. And then the 2 ladies were talking over each other. I just said to cancel and left.Why can't a donut shop have donuts in the middle of the day - especially since they're open until early evening. What do they sell after 1PM???
A couple of weeks ago I needed refreshments for a meeting. It was after work and I had a busy day so I decided to pick up donuts and donut holes. I spent $32 on donuts and donut holes and they were all STALE!! As though they were getting rid of day old donuts. I was so embarrassed. I work very close to this Dunkin (2 blocks) and will not patronize again!
I have to assume they're suffering the same problem as everyone else: no one wants to work in an environment where they're forced to wear a mask all day and pretend everyone is going to kill them, all for a few bucks an hour. Help wanted signs up and everything. Door still says to wear masks.Just not enough staff. Took over 25 minutes for coffee and a couple of wraps. And they had multiple cars parked waiting for drive thru items. And, of course, the order wasn't complete. Items i paid for were missing.I feel bad for the folks working there because I'm sure they're doing the best they can, given the situation. I wish Dunkin would realize service is suffering and customers are leaving as a result of the requirements they're placing on people to work there.
The store was closed in the middle of business hours. There were employees inside with the door locked. There wasn't a sign or anything stating why they locked or closed early. I had an online order at that location. If you're gonna close your store in the middle of business hours at least turn off online orders so you don't waste people's time.
