This location needs to reevaluate who they hire or update how they train their new associates. Common customer service is non existent. I’ve been to this location a few times as a customer and many times as a DoorDash driver. I receive poor customer service each time. As a customer my order is usually wrong and I have to explain that I received the wrong order with them denying and telling me I’m wrong until I show proof through the app what I ordered. As a DoorDash driver, they just treat me like I’m an inconvenience. I have never been greeted with a smile, hello, thank you or an apology for a mistake.

Apparently large iced coffees come as hot when they feel like it. How can you miss your own giant sticker saying ICED COFFEE? Come on people let’s get it together. ??♂️??♂️
Love the coffee. Line was back up into the road. So I parked and tried to go in. Small note on fire stating low staff lobby closed. Got in line and then at window counted over 6 people working. How many does it take to open for the counter?
I want to offer my greatest thanks to this Dunkin Donut location. I did not have a vehicle. However, I chose to walk over a mile for a cup of your hot coffee. Actually I rolled to this location. I am recovering from foot surgery and use a knee rover, as I am not able to bear weight on my foot. When I arrived, the lobby was closed, due to a staffing shortage. A helpful employee noticed me, opened the door, welcomed me in, and took my order. You may think I’m making much over a satisfying cup of coffee. There is more to this. In a community where choices are abundant , I chose your business. Your gesture of providing service above and beyond was amazing.You have earned my business. Simple!
I went through the drive thru yesterday and ordered 2 coffees. Immediately when they came on the speaker you can tell they were stressed out. I ordered my drinks and hash rounds. Was given no total just to go to the window. I arrived to an angry man who never greeted me and seemed insulted I didn't know my total. He shoved my drinks at me along with my food. Pulled out of the drive thru and turned on to Carmel dr. I took a sip of my coffee and realized it was made wrong. Went to eat my has rounds and they were cold and soggy. Unfortunately, I needed to get my daughter to her doctor's appointment so I couldn't turn around. I tried calling the store to inform them but the phone was an automated system and you needed an extension. After the appointment (roughly an hour) we headed back to see if they would correct the order. Again you can tell they were stessed out. I told them what happened and they asked to have me pull to the window. I handed my drinks to the guy and explained what was wrong with each drink. This very hostile woman comes to the window and I explain to her and she said that I needed to be more clear. I again told her what was wrong with the drinks. After she snapped at me for the last time, I got a little rude and said, that I explained it all this morning. They finally remade my drinks and shoved them out the window at me. I tried to thank them but they closed that window super fast. I will NEVER go back to that store. I know they don't care and it won't hurt them but if they keep treating people as poorly as they treated me, they may close themselves.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Their customer service is horrible. They have never once got my order right. I always go hoping that it got better but after many many times it is still horrible. Employees are incredibly rude and always have an attitude.
