This location does not deliver its own food. They outsource it to DoorDash and unfortunately Dashers do not have the proper pizza carriers to be able to deliver the food without it arriving cold. Disappointing and a waste of money to order delivery.I understand staffing is currently difficult for employers but at least communicate that you're outsourcing your delivery. Order somewhere else for delivery.
We really like Donatos and always get the pepperoni pizza. They load it up from edge to edge. Sometimes they are a little heavy handed with the marinara sauce. It would be nice to see a white sauce, like Alfredo.
Terrible. My husband almost had to literally go get his order from behind the counter. The front counter associate walked to the rest room like he wasn't even standing there... The Pizza Is Terrible! Never again. To think I told my husband Donato's is worth it... Nope!
Very clean and wonderful atmosphere! Everyone was very friendly.
I have never gotten a bad pizza from this location. Staff has always been super friendly and helpful. If you're unsure what to get, you can never go wrong with the Founders Favorite, or a Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza.
Sat at the window for 9 minutes before anyone even came up. We are the only ones here and sat for over 20 minutes waiting on our pizza. It was 2pm.

Good food, and good customer service. However keep in mind they are short staffed so something's may take a minute.
Love a company that is backing and caring about their employees. Wish there were more companies doing this.
