Friendly staff. Gluten-free pizza! Lots of pepperoni. A solid, simple meal, reasonably priced.
$12 starting pay for a manager. Saw that sign and walked away. If they can’t pay people a living wage they don’t deserve to be in business.
Gave this place 3 chances and they blew it every time. First time, they forgot part of our order. We called them to try and get it resolved but no one working seemed to be able to help. So they said they’d have the manager call. I never received a call.Second time, the food was 3 hours late and may well have been thrown in the snow it was so cold. Again, the manager was supposed to call. Again, I never received a call back.Third time was on time, but both of our pizzas had clearly been dropped.Save your money and go somewhere else.
The sweatshirt that an employee was wearing said it all. Read My Shirt - I Don't Care. My husband loves Donato's Pizza but this location has gotten so bad. Not only are our orders often wrong (like tonight - had to go back to get our wings), the employees are very rude and do not care. It has been like this for a year. We will now drive further to find another Donato's.
Pizza tasted great. Love the sauce on their pizzas.
Second time we have ordered from Donatos, pizza is good, but it would be nice if they showed up hot.For 35 bucks, it should be hot. Not room temperature considering the store is less than 5 minutes away.
The staff looks dirty and the food is gross!!
Love the fact this place has people to staff it and they make a great pizza. Yes, I waited ten minutes for a pick up but was worth it!
Ordered "The Works" pizza. Pizza looked nothing like the picture. The toppings were very sparse. Looked more like a Dominos pizza but cost twice as much. Expected more for a specialty pizza. There was also an odd aftertaste with the pizza. Service was good. Pizza bad.
Loved it.. food was hot and fresh. The wings are great. Hospitality from Howard and crew deserve 5 star plus. Thanx
