I have ordered from this store on many occasions, and after a change of staff (that I noticed), the quality of customer service and food has dropped drastically.I ordered a pizza on my break for work, just for the pizza to be completely over cooked and NOT warm.I now have to wait over 30 minutes for another pizza to arrive.I am grateful that they will bring me another one, however I wish this issue was not a reoccurring one.Very disappointed.UPDATE: They brought me another pizza that was not over cooked, however the pizza was not fresh AGAIN. I can definitely tell they cooked my pizza and let it sit before it arrived to me. My location is 5 MINUTES from the store, so there is no excuse as to why my pizza is the same temperature as someone’s overnight pizza.Basically a waste of money. I appreciate the effort.UPDATE: DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE! No one from any Dominos had reached out to me or returned my calls/ messages!The email that was provided (below) isn’t an actual email. I have been waiting OVER A WEEK for a refund! The manager named Cheyenne continues to dismiss and avoid my calls regarding my refund.This is ridiculous.

This Dominos Pizza is on point every single time we order! The car side pickup is exactly as advertised! The pizza, wings, sides are hot and ready within 15 minutes from the time we place the order! It’s literally the best!
This Domino's place is good. We had carry-out and Pan pizza along with cheesy bites were delicious and fresh out of the oven. I like the quality and freshness of the toppings.
Staff here is always good and friendly. They almost never have delivery drivers during the day on weekdays, but that's corporate management's fault, not the store. Corporate needs to offer them better wages, they deserve it.
The worst mistake Dominos has made was to enable a centralized call center. It costs the client additional time and effort to make a simple pizza order. Very disappointing!
The store hours says 10 AM - 12 AM. It’s about 11:30 and the store says “open” but locked and looks like employees are not coming to the door. It’s been “open” for an hour or so. Got a text saying order is ready for pick up but the store is “locked.” Called but the employee inside just put me on hold. Been standing out here for about 30 mins now.
I tried placing an order online and it had an error with a number to call. I called the number and the agent said she could not place the order either and would transfer me to the store. The store put me on an indefinite hold, so I called the number back. The next agent could not place the order again and transferred me to the store again, after waiting for 15 more minutes on hold it went back to the agent instead of the store. Needles to say I'm done ordering from this location.UPDATE: Domino's contacted me and gave me an email to explain what happened. It has been over a week since I emailed them without a response. They have also removed their reply from this review.
The person on the phone was very unprofessional. The store was still open but they refused to honor the hours they list. I would give 0 stars if possible. Less than unsatisfactory.
