It was my first time trying this place. The store was cute and the lighting was nice and bright. There were about 3-4 employees working and no one looked up to say “hello” or greet us. It took me a second to realize I had to place my order on the kiosk. I liked that part of it, but would still like to have been acknowledged or even guided. We tried the Nutella cookie, which was served warm. It was good, but $5 + tip for a cookie seems like robbery to me. Honestly, if the service were better, I would go back, but they didn’t seem to care if I came in or didn’t.
It's no doubt a special treat but the cookies are terrific. Open kitchen allows you to view the cookies being made to order. I tried their pecan cookie which is excellent. Order online and pick up as well as walk up.
These cookies are addictive. I have loved almost everyone, though I have some favorites. The classic pink cookie, cornbread and Boston cream pie come to mind. Give them a try, you won’t regret it.
Cookie flavors change weekly! The inside of the building was a clean mix of pink and white, no decor. Cookies are packaged in pink boxes, and are about as wide as a CD. We were oddly not impressed with the classic chocolate chip, but we enjoyed the Snickerdoodle and the Boston Cream Pie. Some cookies are served warm, while others are served chilled. The chilled Boston Cream Pie is deliciously doughy. We are in agreement that the middles of the warm cookies far surpass the edge pieces, as the middle is more melt-in-your-mouth while the outer edges are more crunchy.I'll give Crumbl this-- the presentation of the cookies in the box makes for a good social media post! No wonder social media is crawling with posts of these treats.
The cookies are fresh and flavorful. We had a small variety due to our late in the day visit. Cookies are worth the stop to see what they have!
Great cookies, big enough to share, and you still feel like you've had a big treat! Delicious options change weekly and there is always something mouthwatering to satisfy your sweet tooth. Yummmm!

Bought cookies for curbside pickup today. The cookies were good. Parking at this location is awful. The fishers location has multiple curbside parking spots. This one has none. There’s 2-10 min parking spots that 2 cars were parked in most of the 20+ mins I was circling the parking lot trying to get a spot to be able to “check in.” The whole experience was extremely frustrating and if you cannot have dedicated curbside pickup parking then don’t have curbside pickup because it makes something convenient become inconvenient by wasting time. I never did get to get a spot and had to grab them quickly when I was turning around to circle the lot again.
They. Were. Delicious. First time visit did not disappoint. In fact, it was the best cookie my 7yo has ever had (actual quote). Small selection, which rotates weekly, but the chocolate chips are enormous. And, the best part… they are served warm. Make this a weekly stop!
