Kidd here work super hard for management that seems to be lacking. One manager is always incredibly rude to her employees, and she probably wonders why they aren't happy or she has a high turn over rate. As a manager myself I would be ashamed if I ever spoke to my employees the way she speaks to these actual children. Most of the teenagers working here would guaranteed be a better manager than her.
We frequent Chipotle, but this location needs work. There is no place we have found to input a food allergy on the app, so we use the name line to spell out No Tomato for a fresh tomato food allergy. Apparently the team at this store thought the knee-slapper pictured below belonged on the lid. Food allergies are not a joking matter, lacks perspective. Will not be ordering from this location moving forward.
We went at lunch time. They were out of vegetables and guacamole, and, after me, there were no more black beans. The guac and veggies were not being refilled. They were just "out". I've been to this location before when they were "out" of items. Very disappointed.
Used to be a good location for Chipotle but been very annoyed with latest visits. The food amount is inconsistent - at times rice &chicken is too much and other times its barely there. They never ever have grilled veggies( almost been 6-9 months). Again the amount of sour cream you get can depend on the mood of the person serving.I dont think they actually care for feedback, but regardless here is my experience with it lately.Turns me off from ordering from here.
This place has gone downhill lately. The restaurant is dirty and the service is terrible. Unpredictable portions/ratios.One of my favorite chain lunches, but I have to call it quits...
Bad service, hours are not consistent, those left in charge always seem overwhelmed and unsure. The management here seems to be lacking substantially. Don’t go to this location. I have given several chances to this one. One time I ordered online, then drove to the location and they said they couldn’t do online orders. Just a really abysmal Chipotle location. I feel bad for the kids working, they don’t seem to ever have upper management helping them.
The hours are always changing and never updated on the website. The food is always good but beyond frustrated with the inconsistent hours. I've been here 5 minutes and 7 or 8 people have come and gone because they aren't open like they say they are. Tired of going out my way to show up and them not be open. This is probably the 5th time this has happened to me personally.
So I visited this place towards the end of the day towards 830pm and get a bowl generally and wanted the same. There was a refill of the rice that was happening at the time and I requested that in the bowl I was getting. That was the mistake I did. The rice was totally not done, it was like eating raw rice. Rice is one of the easiest things to do , atleat for me and that was actually the wort, even overcooked is somewhat edible but undercooked is just not possible. Hopefully it's better the next time. Service was good and the place was clean.
This has to be the most inconsistent place I have eaten. Lately, I feel like the employees have been extremely lazy and do not want to replace the old and low quantity food. Also, I continue to find steak in my chicken, and the chicken's spiciness changes every visit. I am not sure if I'll return to this location.
Don’t order for delivery from this location. It is always wrong. They never include the stuff you order and last time they put like a pound of sour cream in my salad bowl.
