This is one of the worst Chipotles I've been too. To put it lightly it's nasty as heck they don't accept change and this is the third time they haven't had chicken. Not to mention the employees act like the meat servings are coming out of there paycheck!! Avoid at all costs.
Management has not done a good job at keeping items in stock, they regularly run out of queso or fajita veggies. The bigger issue I have with this particular location is that they have a sign out that says “due to national coin shortage” when there isn’t one. Putting up false information is not okay. There is no National coin shortage.
This location has gone downhill, they have so much staff but no one seems to know what they are doing. The staff of highschoolers is always messing around. Despite being out of ingredients (separate from the outage) no employee is working to make more.
This location has gone downhill, I visited here yesterday and the food line was super messy, there was no napkins in the lobby. The lobby was very messy, I paid for a drink, most of the drinks were out, which is fine but when i let the cashier know nothing was done , why offer soft drinks if none are available. Will no longer return.
Seems like every time I come here, the line is outrageously long. I always use order pickup and it’s pretty much never ready at the promised time. The lobby/pickup area is always cramped and sometimes hard to tell who’s in line and who’s waiting for pickup. The dining area looked really messy the last time I was there. Also had to go back to get the chips they forgot to put in my bag. Wouldn’t recommend.
Chipotle used to be my favorite but they are not maintaining their standard at all. The food had so much salt that i had to literally throw the food.I don't think i am going to return to this place ever again.
As of the past few months this location has been a let down. They’re consistently out of key ingredients. Most of the employees could care less to be there and it’s obvious. I’ve walked in before to the entire staff except one employee were on their cell phones and I had to wait several minutes before I was even acknowledged. I usually don’t write reviews like this but today was the the straw that broke the camels back.
If you're looking for a delicious Mexican meal, Chipotle is a great option. The guacamole is especially tasty, and the staff is always friendly and efficient. There's a good selection of drinks to choose from, and the restaurant has a nice dining area. It's also a great choice for takeout.
Zero stars Longest wait time for pickup they do not call out names when they place order in mobile pickup area so everyone takes turn to see if the bag says their name on it. No customer service at all the workers don’t even acknowledge you. It was the worst experience ever my pick up time was 6:00 it is now 6:13 and i have no meal. My kids are waiting in the car and my baby is screaming crying.Edit: It’s two days later and my stomach has been hurting every since I ate here. I will never eat here ever again I feel like I have food poisoning do not eat here!!!
Ordered a salad bowl & large drink to eat outside on Chipotle’s patio. Very little lettuce left, brown & swimming in water. Husband asked for a chicken burrito, we were told they were out of chicken. Filled drink cup, no large lids. Went outside to eat. Forgot a fork. Can’t get inside, I’m locked out on their patio. Walked around to the front door. No forks! How do you eat a salad without a fork!? I complained and asked for a to go bag to take our food home. Told them I’d gotten locked out on their patio. I was told the door is broken.
