Food is good, did not have enough staff, they had to use a cook as a server, he did a good job.
Service was fine it was more so the food and environment. The table was sticky and there was fries all over the floor under and by us. I ordered a 6 oz steak that came with mashed potatoes and broccoli, but the Steak seemed to be reheated and tasted very off. The broccoli also seemed to have just been sitting out for a while as it was somewhat rubbery. Mashed potatoes were fine but tasteless.
I had a great experience tonight.I have celiac disease, which means I must adhere to a gluten free diet very very strictly. Eating out is always risking a reaction from hidden gluten or cross contamination. I check with our server about a gluten friendly option. It came out looking great but as I ate, discovered an gluten containing ingredient that was supposed to be left off. The waitress apologized, replaced the food and was very kind about it. It's always hard for me to have to be high maintenance about this, and I am so grateful for her kind response.
Food was so so ice tea didn't have ice in it. Salad was warm. Had to stand and wait to be seated with only one table of people in sight.lot of tables not bussed in a timely manner. Disappointed
We waited at door for 10min at 6:00pm no one greeted us so we left. Gave us the opportunity to try Kona bar and grill and it was good.
I usually have a great experience here but this last visit made my stomach hurt. I overheard some disturbing and inappropriate comments being made to a clearly underage female employee while I was trying to enjoy my meal with my family. I looked to mention this to another manager but could not find one. I would like to think that Chili’s doesn’t condone this type of behavior ESPECIALLY towards minors. Maybe I’m wrong. So sad.
The food was good and service was fast and friendly. Leaving only 4 stars because the silverware was almost greasy and not clean. Knife had dried on food on it. Maybe need a new dishwasher
They were out of draft beer. I could have got an IPA or a Budweiser Miller lite one of the two. We had to choose water. I don't know what is up with chili restaurants but fishers Kokomo and now this one all have one waitress that's running around like a chicken with their head cut off trying to wait on all the tables. We did get a table immediately and our waitress did do a wonderful job with what we had to work with and I have a question what's with all the liquor bottles only having an inch of liquor in each bottle that really was something we both noticed.
Service was great and the food was delicious.
Came in for lunch(a Saturday at 1:30). Had 4 people standing in the seating/waiting area when we arrived. They had been waiting for at least 8 minutes to be seated by the Hostess. We decided to sit at the bar. We waited almost 10 minutes before we where acknowledged by the bartender. (He was busy in the back. No big deal.) Once he greeted us,he let us know it was going to be awhile. We said ok. Didn't expect to wait 15 minutes before he came back. We watched 3 families come in and wait to be seated, just to watch them turn around and leave. They where never greeted, never acknowledged, never looked at. All three families walked out. From our seat at the bar, we could see in the kitchen a little bit. No one ever walked by the door. The one person we could see never looked up from what she was doing to see if any customers came in. Poor bartender was trying to run the whole place by himself. Did see one person/waitress come to the podium, but she didn't great the people at all. Very disappointing. This is not the first time we have had this happen either.
