The place was crazy busy when we got there, but we placed a curbside order a few minutes before we arrived. That allowed us to seemingly jump much of the drive thru line, as we got our order very quickly after pulling in (not more than a few minutes). So my recommendation would be if you want to get your food faster, use the curbside option and skip the drive thru.
Fast service. Food was good. Just don't know why in the drive thru the menu thing is after you order with the people. Can't see the menu first so I always just say the chicken sandwich meal.
I hadn't been in years and didn't know you were supposed to have the menu memorized. The food was good but no sauce for the chicken or even ketchup for the fries was provided. Also too expensive for me.
Food was fresh and appropriately hot or cold. Super tasty. Everyone was customarily friendly. Only issue was no straws for 2 drinks- one being a shake.
Can't say anything bad about Chick-fil-A. They take fast food to a new level: people outside taking your order, people outside delivering your food. Seems like a good place to work. The manager sends out complimentary sandwiches/sides for App users and frequent visitors

We used to love coming here to here breakfast and lunch, but ever since they built the expansion with the extra drive thru line, the food has been terrible. The last 4 times we have gone, the food has come out soggy (especially the hash browns) and/or luke warm (chicken and waffle fries). We have not been back since the last bad experience.
No idea what was in the shake they served me but it wasn't vanilla. $5 down the drain.
As much as I love Chick-fil-A, I have given up on getting hot fries. There is nothing worst than fries that are old. I can add notes requesting: please fresh hot fries. 5/10 times I am lucky to get hot fries, but I am not paying for lucky. I have tried going inside to place an order, and informed them I am totally fine with a longer wait time if needed. So I stopped going as often about 3 months ago. I will wait to test out the new location opening at 763 E Tournament Trl, Westfield, IN 46074 in April.
Mobile order went easy. We arrived choose curbside pickup entered in number of space. Service was fast 5-8 minutes. Service was pleasant and order was bagged correctly. Food was delicious right temperature and great taste. Was very pleased overall with everything.
