Incredible customer service. I dont even live near this location, but every time I'm in Carmel for my braces I stop in for breakfast, and I have never had a bad experience.Thank you for everything you guys do.
The prices are ridiculous. I didn't know how much I needed to pay until I got to the window. If I would have known that a medium whopper meal was going to cost me $10.02 I would have ordered differently.
Prices have increased exponentially as quality has flattened at best and more likely declined.The bread always comes across as stale and the burgers generally lack flavor. Sprinkle some flaked salt for heaven's sake.
Lots of parking, easy to get in and out. Food came out correct and in a timely manner even during the lunch rush!
Manager refused our service because we were in a work van that clearly met the 8' clearance. The manager said he does not allow vehicles with a ladder rack to enter and when we pointed out the truck in front of us which was lifted and had a ladder rack he said he "yelled" at him for it. I told the manager he had no right to yell at anybody especially if they meet the 8' clearance and there was no signs posted stating vehicles could not enter if they were equipped with a ladder rack. Have been through hundreds of drive throughs and have never heard such a thing. 6/1/22 11:30am
thye forget a different food item every time. service is slow. was offered a car in the parking lot was not a good deal. review would have been higher if the car was a good deal.
Empty line and received an old cooked twice chicken sandwich. Customers can tell when something goes from frozen to warm to frozen because the chicken is like rubber. This is a great franchise. Get it together.
Miss the old, smaller stacker burgers. Otherwise, great food if you're looking to veer off of your diet for a minute!

The guy running the drive thru last Friday was pretty spastic. Totally out of his element. Has no business dealing with the public. Extremely rude. I know this will fall on deaf ears. I know the next time I want Burger King which is rare. I'll pass this one by. You should too. I'd give 0 stars if possible
