Jake took care of us. Excellent service he brought our little boys fresh and plain fries. Because the seasonings bothered them it was such a non-issue and we really appreciate him.
It was a meh experience. I didn’t feel very welcomed though. Food was ok. Not much too say or to recommend. I would like them to improve the customer service with their staff.
My husband and I stopped for lunch about 1:40pm. No one to seat us, as the person behind the register plays with a pen, tapping etc. the owner/manager seats us. I go to women’s bathroom, no paper towels. The gentleman waiting on us, had a head and face full of hair- to which there was hair on one of our menus. A fly swarming around. We both order 10 wings each, different sauces, one sauce wasn’t available, had to choose another sauce. Wings came out in literally 3 minutes. Wings were not tossed in sauce, they just had sauce drizzled over the top of them, not to mention wings were on the same tray, leaving the wing sauces to be mixed all over each other. Just not a great experience.
Horrible Customer Service. Went there Friday-Night. Arrived when my order stated it was ready.. Was told by Counter Lady it would be another 15 minutes which was fine. I came back in and it was not ready. She stated she could not find my order from my name. I showed her the receipt email on my phone and she stated it was not correct. But it came from Buffalo Wild Wings. She then brought out another odder for another person named John. I asked for a manager. Manager came out and basically told me he was cooking and did not have time to deal with me. Told me it would be another hour on my order. He did not want to help or do anything for me. I would not recommend going to this location and the management could care less about their customers. They care about getting the big sports teams into their location for food. That is all the care about. IF you are a regular customer, they could care less about you. I would avoid this location.
I love Bdubs, but struggle with their inconsistency. This location is the absolute worst for carryout, but I think they’re okay at dine-in. They finally got a much needed update, but they need a deep cleaning. Management, blonde female, was very rude and unprofessional. Bartenders are typically amazing.
Had decent service and food was good. Disappointed when I went to upload my receipt for my rewards points they were already redeemed. Poor practice for employees to assume patrons aren’t going to upload their receipts for points just because they didn’t reference the rewards app during the visit. Be better!
The worst place to go in Indianapolis. The staff including the manager dont even know how the offers work or how to treat customers. Very misleading in communicating. They tell you about all the offers, and when you get to the counter, they dont let you apply the offers and ask you to pay extra. The staff was so harsh to us. Never visiting this place again
Staff seemed overworked, miminal customer service, they gave me someone else's order.I thought the food was average, certainly nothing compelling me to a return visit, especially due to my experience with staff interaction.
This place is here to ruin the entire franchise’s name. I moved here from California and I have had BWW from many states. The staff are the worst. They are very late, unresponsive and very rude. Glad I didn’t bring my family over.
I have ordered 30 and 60 wings for take out and both times my order was correct and ready before the estimated time. Extremely satisfied and will keep ordering.
